I have had more bad then good issues with this burger King in icard nc. But today the young lady wearing a pink bandana went above and beyond ro make sure I got what I ordered. Went to use the mobile coupons couldn't get it to work correctly she sat at the window with us to get ot and when she couldn't she asked for us to come in..went in and it still gave us trouble I even offered to order something different and she refused she made sure I got what I wanted Nd it was made correctly n fresh like I said I don't recall her name but she was younger n wore a pink bandana on her head. Whopper Jr ordered. It was cold. Asked to re-make hot. Was served same burger. Went back again ... this time burger was nuked to death. Asked girl if she microwaved food, she replied ,Yes but only burger. Then Mgr finally comes out (I requested him in beginning) and I says, I want my money back. I simply want a hot sandwich and this was nuked. He says, no it wasn't & wanted to argue. I told him that girl had already told me that it WAS! He reluctantly gave my my $2.12 back but he was not happy. I mean those burgers were not even warm ... but the microwaved one was burning hot. All I wanted was a warm sandwich as I was traveling.
