Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Carolina

Good place for a quick bite but lobby is always dirty and people are just there for a check not because they loke thier job. Some are very hateful and managers do not take responsibility as well as they normally mess the order up and if you go thru the drive thru you have to sit and check your order for something is always wrong for instance I always get no tomatoes no sour cream and 9 out of 10 times I have tomatoes and or depending on my order sour cream.... Then upon having to go inside to correct the order managers just say take the tomatoes off and give it back yo them ... Uhh no I still taste tomatoes and refuse to take it. Then they will not compensate for thier mistake and always act as though they are not in the wrong. I always get 4 things of cheeae sauce and not 1 time have I recieved it. Over a course of a year they have made 100s of dollars charging me for thing I never recieve such as cheeae sauce. Summary VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS INSTANT IMMEDIATE HELP BEFORE PEOPLE AS I CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR AND BBB AS WELL AS AUTHORITIES FOR THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING EVERY TIME MY FAMILY...

It's saddens me to see the downfall of a good fast food establishment in an uncommon area. I noticed cobwebs from most light fixtures, a quite disheveled drink area (left side looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least two weeks) and water leaking from the top of the soda machine down the front. The last three times I have been here this has been the case. There seems to be an obvious dedication to the drive-thru /mobile order/door dash and a lack of care for front end physical customers, I have watched them ignore the front end while customers are present and waiting. Last time I was there I had to unfortunately yell into the back to get a cup I paid for. Lack of front end service is alarming and disappointing. I don't want to see my local Taco Bell go down the drain. I left a good Google review a year ago and I hate to change it.

Update 5/2/25 9pm, still an insane dedication to drive through and 3rd party apps. 17 mins standing at front for 2 cheesy roll ups. Do not try to eat inside if desiring fast food.

My experience at this Taco Bell was phenomenal. I went through the drive through and made my order (which to be fair has some changes to the original servings) that other places would not correctly fix, but this Taco Bell nailed it. The service I got in the drive thru was amazing. I want to give a shoutout to Ethan who was the one at the drive thru, nailed my order without me having to repeat it, but it was his politeness that went above and beyond for me. Usually at the time I went (which was close to midnight) the staff is less professional (not at this one, this was my first visit here, I mean other Taco Bells) and just want to cut up and get out, but Ethan nailed it and I came home ate my food and then decided to do this review because it kinda shocked me that I could get that great of service in an area where service doesn't always seem to the forefront.
