To add injury to insult, the food was ordered from the wrong C/Restaurant. Upon entrance of the establishment, I noticed the lack of cleanliness. When I approached the counter the clerk was paying more attention to his phone and took for granted that I was about to place an order, because he asked me was I ready 😳?!?. In which I replied, it's a call in order. (Oh! What's the name) First, let me say that this was the first time (and the last) that I've been to this restaurant. The food (Triple Delight and a medium Chicken Fried Rice along with two Egg Rolls) that cost me $34.00(Over Charged) taste like it was cooked in scorched grease. Plus, my order had white rice, when I requested fried rice. I don't normally write too many bad reviews, but when this many wrongs come up, you have no other choice. You have to let the public know what to expect 😑😒🤨. Didn't get the chance to notice the "Inspection...
Read moreBURNT eggrolls and Crab Rogoons. Absolutely disgusting. I am talking about the ends (2/3 of the eggrolls) are black! Now I love crab ragoons so much that I will tolerate not so fresh ones from the buffet, but these aren't edible. It taste like straight burnt grease.
My husband just called and the lady argued with him that they're supposed to be that way ("extra crunchy" she said) and they will be just fine if we dip them in the sauce (the sauce that we asked her not to give us because no thank you, not a fan of dipping ragoons or eggrolls in sweet and sour sauce) Tonight was certainly not our only experience with American Chinese food. I think we know what a decent eggroll taste like.
Fine lady, you want to lose business over not wanting to make right a $12 order, Okay. I was never a big fan of your bland food anyway, hence the reason for only ordering eggrolls...
Read moreVery courteous & helpful while ordering. Extensive menu. Dishes are not authentic but probably are good enough for the area. Dishes could use more garlic, ginger, star anise & infused oils. Chicken Teriyaki is cooked perfect but needs more flavor. Roasted Pork is dry. Should try to use sesame oil in dishes that call for it rather than the bland oil taste. House Special Duck has more dried pork than juicy duck. If the dish is called DUCK then it should have enough duck. Chicken Chow Mein is good. Sweet & Sour Chicken is perfect for children's palate but not for me. Again if the dish is called House Special Duck it should show more pride in the dish by making it...
