Ok this is my second review and Iāve received the same results.... it takes a loooooooooot to mess up a ā cheese pizzaā, I decided not to call this time and return my order that had no pizza sauce on the pizza and finger prints on My pepperoni pizza as if it was mishandled. I askedā would you eat a pizza like that?ā The response from the employee was I canāt believe that was sent out? I know the staff is vindictive bc of my last review bc my last two orders were not correct either and I didnāt even call to report it. I observed another employee informing another employee of who I was. Later that employee said to me arrogantly āmake sure you check it before you leaveā and walked away. There are some good employees that work there too but the careless ones are bad for business. You never know who people are so it isnāt good to judge a book by its cover. The two gentlemen who remade my pizza were courteous and professional and shared that the young lady knew she made an irregular pizza and just didnāt care. If I didnāt have children I wouldnāt have went back to dominoes bc itās convenient but now itās becoming more of an inconvenience so Iām not going to buy from dominos again in the future bc my situations are getting worse with each order and I work hard for my $$$ Good...

We arrived after 6:55 was told "it's not ready, ten more minutes pull to the front" so we did. Where we sat for 15+ more minutes when we finally pulled back around the the window. At that point she informed us again it wasn't ready. I told her that this was horrible business and that we shouldn't be expected to sit and wait for an hour on such a small order. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Another older lady then come to the window, was super polite tapped on the computer screen, found my order instantly and low and behold IT WAS READY THE WHOLE TIME. The young girl at the window needs a attitude adjustment and needs a job where she doesn't work with the public because apparently she CANNOT handle it. She didn't like when I called her out and I honestly do not care. I definitely won't be going back. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered 3 pizzas and two sides. Upon arrival Taylor who made the pizzas told me one was burned and they were remaking it for me. An inconvenience but I didn't mind as it seemed they were taking care of me. The pizza to be remade was a simple medium cheese. In a few minutes the pizzas out and I am on my way. When I get all the way back home I unbox my food to realize the other two pizzas, notably more expensive pizzas are also burnt. And now because of the wait, cold. It was very frustrating to say the least. Why not just remake the entire order, or more importantly why not make sure the pizza I paid an upcharge for was at least edible. The pizza was so burned, dry and cold it could not be salvaged. And to be intentionally deceived by the employee was the final straw for me.
