Wish I could give zero stars. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt and have patience (especially around holidays, big games, etc.), but y'all are ridiculous tonight. Haven't ordered from Domino's in months, and now I remember why. Placed an order at 6:31 pm, was given an estimated time on the tracker for 30-40 minutes from start to delivery. Cool. Fine. Waited until 7:26 to figure out what the heck was going on, especially since the tracker said the driver left at 6:51. Was given "The order has already left. With it being a busy night (Valentines Day...), the driver had multiple deliveries on the same run, and the order will get there shortly" generic excuse. Husband did not like that, so he called back and cancelled since we have a kiddo to feed and get to bed, and just can't wait any longer. Ok, pretty disappointing, but we can deal. Driver gets here 45 minutes after having left the store, and said that the reason she took so long to get to us is that they FORGOT TO BAKE HALF OF OUR ORDER; therefore, she had to go back to grab the other half of the order. So, not only couldn't they get us a pizza 9 minutes down the road from their store in a timely manner, not only were we offered nothing for the long wait, but we were essentially lied to as for the reason why it took so freaking long. Done, son. How about be straight up with your customers when you make a mistake from now on and own it? My advice to customers? Just do yourselves a favor and make your own...
Read moreI am furious right now! I ordered my pizza using my rewards points earned from previous orders. I received a call from an employee named Dina who says they are experiencing a 3 hour wait time for deliveries. She puts a manager on the phone to find out if I will be able to get my points back I used for this order back. The manager is unsure, so I tell her In that case would still like to keep my order, I'll be patient and wait the three hours. The manager kaitlyn tells me that is not possible because Dina cancelled my order before calling me. In order to get my pizza they will have to replace the order and charge me full price . What kind of business is this ? I have worked customer service all my life and I have never seen such poor decision making. Why call me to ask if I would like to wait when you already cancelled my order? I deserve a free pizza to replace my reward points Dina just threw away. Read moreI ordered the tater tots smothered with cheese & they arrived totally burnt around the edges, over cooked so much that you couldn't see any cheese, one tot was hard to separate from the others, & extremely dry. They were awful! When I called to talk to a manager, he said they came that way because I didn't get them with Alfredo sauce.. ummmm????? I've ordered these the sa.e way allover the place including other states & I NEVER got them with Alfredo. Ialways got them with the melted cheddar. That is a menu item. Smother cheddar tots. Says nothing about Alfredo. He told me he couldn't do anything because I didn't call the same day. I couldnt call the same night because I was in a hurry. I had to go to work. Still, he said he couldn't do anything. I even told him I didn't eat them & saved them to show him. I have NEVER been treated so poorly or gotten such horrible food!!
