Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

This place struggles to get it together. I've been there several times. It takes a long time to get your pizza from the drive through window because nobody attends to it. After waiting for an eternity at the window and getting no help, I backed up my vehicle and ran over the cable a second time that is stretched across the drive through lane and makes a noise inside the store indicating a customer was waiting outside. Eventually, someone came and gave me my order. On another occasion, I waited forever at the drive through window with no attending it and eventually an employee saw me and went to go get someone to help me. Today, I ordered the pizza about 2 hours prior to pickup. I waited in a long line at the window and saw someone get out of line and go in the store and come out with their pizza in hand in a matter of minutes, so I get out of the line and try the same thing. I told the guy my name, and he couldn't find my order. I told another employee my name when she asked for it. She couldn't find my order either. There was another lady waiting around for her pizza, and she said they lost her order, too. After determining my pizza hadn't been made even after ordering it online almost 2 hours prior and getting the text alerts saying it was ready, they determined that my order had slipped through the cracks. I canceled my order and went and grabbed a burger instead. This store...

Mediocre at best....was quoted a 30 minute delivery time on $60 worth of pizza for the family. Three larges, and two orders of cheesy bread.. Pizza got here about 35 minutes late and was warm-ish I guess you could say. I called in to the store and asked for a manager, then was asked why I needed to speak to a manager and then put on hold for about 10 minutes or so. I had three or four (of five) bars of service and a perfect wi-fi connection. Manager just kept saying "Hello....Hello....Hello" like nobody was there. I assure you, you could hear me, because I could hear the feedback on your end.

Summary: If I wanted half-@ss pizza for $60, I'd go to Walmart and get two large deli pizzas and cheesebread for twice the quality and half the price. I call you to do the work for me, but apparently you can't find someone willing to make $10 worth of ingredients into a pizza and deliver it 4.8 miles away for a $50 gross profit. Sad really....this is why we usually eat Walmart pizzas, or select one of the locally-owned establishments instead. Shame on me for thinking we could get a reasonable service for an almost...

They will deliver to my street.. But wont deliver to my street. I saw a delivery car 3 houses down, after id been told multiple times by multiple stores, no one delivers here. So i called, ordered a pizza, and they said they deliver here. Wow, must have changed FINALLY. NOPE! Missed a call 20 minutes later telling me that they DONT deliver out here. Didnt notice until an hour later wondering where my pizza was and my wife (who just had our baby 3 days ago) was starving and in pain. Called them back and they were adamant that they never deliver there. Even though I have a picture of them doing so. The employees were rude and didnt seem to care about my satisfaction and adter about 15 minutes of arguing with the manager, they finally brought me a pizza, but it took an hour to get here! I only live 20 minutes away btw.... Terrible management. Good...
