One reviewer said this was an unhappy place to get coffee. She nailed it in one word. Looking at the recent reviews over the last few months you would think Dunkin' corporate would step in at some point and bring in some experienced management. I now work in the area and wanted a simple coffee on a Monday at noon. After parking I walk up to the door. Guess what? No walk in service. WHY EXACTLY? So you are forced to wait in a 20-30 minute line if you want an overpriced coffee. I have to imagine this line gets so long that you can barely pull in or out if you happened to park to get your mobile order (which apparently they let you walk inside to pick up so USE THE MOBILE APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). My interaction with staff was minimal but once you get up to the window, just a ton of loud socializing banter between staff. In her defense, there was a younger girl that seemed like the shift leader that knew her stuff but I could tell she was frustrated with things. HERE'S A TIP: If you think you are just going to drive around the shop past the drive-thru people to leave the parking lot, it's barely 2 lanes wide so if there's a big SUV or truck in the line, expect to be blocked from getting past them. If you aren't ordering, do not go around...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped in fairly early early one morning to grab donuts for work. The service started out very friendly until she found out I wanted 5 dozen donuts. She disappeared and sent some strange teenager that apparently thinks he is acting in a play to come lecture me about ordering ahead, and not allowing me to have that many donuts. However, if my colleague had been there with me, or if I had wanted to make an extra trip to the drive through, the quantity would not have been an issue. Besides the fact the donut shelves were still jam packed. And wait! Don't they make the donuts here in this building? Do they not have anyone on shift in the early mornings that knows how to make donuts? The donuts were fine. They're Dunkin Donuts, they are exactly what you know they are going to be. Not especially good, but not bad, either. Fairly convenient location. Not so easy in and out with the drive through and parking layout. The service was polite, just strange....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have visited this store and found the staff is friendly however after today's experience I will stop. My 12 year old son and I wanted to hang out together for a while before I started working and went in and ordered a hot chocolate, coffee and donuts. We talked for a couple of minutes and when he attempted to drink he realized the chocolate was still quite hot and burned his tongue. He got up and told me he was going to ask for a cup of water but when he returned he asked me if I had 27 cents. I could not believe what he told me so I got up and asked one of the staff if that was the case and I was assured that I had to pay 27 cents for a cup of water. I realize that DD is a business and you have the choice of running it as you see fit, I also know that as a paying customer, I have a choice to frequent your store or not. Since I live in Denver, I would have spent a lot more than 27 cents in the future. Bad Call. You lost...
