Not only is this the absolute worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered, it’s the worst food establishment period. The fact they’re still open blows me away. The “employees” are rude, condescending and have zero concept of time. I waited ordered a pizza online to be picked up (because to deliver would’ve been 55 minutes + they said) and I arrived 30 min after ordering and they never even made it. So they said they could make another one within 10 min and would put a credit on my account for a free pizza next time I came. I went to food lion next door and came back 15 min later and it wasn’t ready. After 30 min they talk amongst themselves and realized they never made the 2nd one. I waited over an hour for this 2nd pizza to be made. I give hem the benefit of the doubt and decide to go back a week later. Ordered online and this time they actually made it. But when the woman tried cashing me out, I told her about the free pizza I was promised and she said there was no record of it. It was the same woman who helped me the prior week and she tells me she didn’t hear him (the manager on duty) tell me that but that she would leave him a note. I questioned her on the note and she says “never mind, I’m not gonna leave him a note” and throws a tantrum because I questioned her. While I attempted to discuss this further, she throws my change on the counter and begins to help the person behind me while I’m still talking. Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. There have been various issues with thus location over the years-late orders,cold orders, incomplete orders; but last night waste final straw. Ordered pizza at 6:35 pm. Estimated delivery time was 80 mins, a little long but okay.keot checking the order tracker,said the pizza was out for delivery at 7:25pm. At 8:10 pm, there was no food delivered, no updates. Tried to call the location multiple times only to be met with an automated "this location is closed" and then disconnected-even though their posted hours are til 11pm AND they were still taking online orders. (note-I tried to call and followup today at 11:30 am(again they are "open" but the same "this location is clised" message and a disconnect) My card was fully charged for the food, delivery fee and tip but no food was ever received. By the time we gave up on food actually getting here last night it was too late to do anything else. They effectively stole money from me. I called the 800 number, who told me someone would contact me in 1-3 days to SEE about processing a refund. This is beyond bad customer service and business practice....

I’ll pay the extra couple bucks to go to Papa John’s or somewhere else where they don’t try to charge you $3 for a couple extra marinas, just so everyone in your family has a tiny cup each to dip their breadsticks in. If I order breadsticks I should not be having to pay for 3 measly sauces. I’ve never had another pizza place try to charge you once you’ve paid for a couple marinaras, unless you’re just ordering an insane amount. It’s little ridiculous things like that which will ruin a customers experience and make them not want to come back. Case in point. Just the fact you get one tiny sauce to dip 6 breadsticks in to begin with, which at 2/piece you have to share one little cup and not even remotely logical and clearly not enough, is a little crazy but to then charge practically $3 for a couple extra cups on something that doesn’t actually cost you anything in the grand scheme is wild, especially when a customer voices that and to still nickel and dime over that?
