Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Carolina

My family and I went there on a Saturday evening believing it would be a great time to go. We were meeting my elderly parents there and arrived before them. The waitress seated us and asked us for our drink order and brought those. That literally was literally the LAST time she came to our table the entire night (someone else brought our food to the table). After waiting 25 minutes my husband went up and placed the drink order of my parents and ordered our food since the waitress wasn’t going to come to us. The pizza was brought out in a reasonable time and was good. However, my husband had to quit eating and get up and ask for forks, he also had to quit eating to get up and ask for refills for 4 people, he also had to get up and go ask for boxes. I must say my husband was a great waitress that night since we didn’t have one. I understand that service jobs are hard to fill these days but at least come to our table and act like you’re trying or inform your patrons you have other customers. I might add it wasn’t a busy time there were 3 other tables there. When we arrived a large party was getting ready to leave and they left 15-20 minutes once...

We had a really bad experience at this Pizza Hut while on vacation in Pigeon Forge! It started off by not letting us upgrade our pizzas online to stuffed crust while placing the order. Then it went downhill after that. Upon getting to the restaurant I had to wait about an extra 10 minutes for the pizzas to be ready, which wasn't a big deal about that. What did upset while I was there was that we ordered 2 to go sweet tea and the man said he was out! I mean, they could have made some more in the ten minutes I had to wait on our pizzas. When we get the pizzas back to our hotel, they had left out the dipping sauce for our pizza and cheese knots and the crust on our pizzas were not flavored like they were supposed to be(See Below), and one of the pizzas had the wrong kind of sauce on it! I tried calling the restaurant back several times, but it kept going to the fax machine. Also, I'm not going to go into details, but we also had upset stomachs the rest of the night! We have ate at this Pizza Hut before and have had great experience and service here, but we had a horrible...

We came in today for lunch and this was the absolute worst service we have experienced by far.. First off we waited to be seated for about 4 minutes while staff just sat there... After seated we were not greeted with anything friendly just a what to drink... Ordered our food... We got a large Pizza tradtional wings with breadsticks and an order of cheese sticks... Server said we were not able to get the garlic parmesan wings... Then she brought out bonelss wings instead. Still waiting on the two orders of bread sticks... The tea was nasty so we asked for Sprite and Server told us we could switch it out but she would have to charge us for those as well.... Pizza came out.. Still waiting on our 2 bread sticks.... Bread sticks finally came out about 5 minutes later.. We finish our pizza without any refills... After we finish they try to give us our cheese sticks.... No ma'am....
