Pizza Provisions — Restaurant in North Carolina

Don’t bother emailing Ashley or Tristan the owners they won’t reply just put that business card down! I tried to do this privately and let them know however they haven’t bothered to reach out. I am pregnant and your pasta was calling my name. My husband and I drove 40 minutes from home because we saw that today’s Sunday special was 2 pastas 4 cinna knots and 2 drinks. I asked the hostess at the counter if we could substitute cinnamon knots for garlic knots. She told me no and that was the only difference from the special that we wanted. She began to ring up our pastas and knots and drinks all separately bringing the total to nearly $50. After we drove all this way for a $19.89 special. It was obvious she wasn’t really sure of what she was doing and she asked me if I wanted her to ask a manager to which I replied yes of course. They got it sorted out that we could substitute the cinnamon knots for garlic knots. She continued to ring up our order she asked if i wanted the salad to which I replied if it comes with it, yes. She rang it up. We didn’t realize until after that it didn’t in fact come with it and she charged us an extra three dollars for it. while we were sorting all of this out, a woman came up asking for a plate because she had ordered a pizza and they didn’t bring any plates so her food was getting cold while she waited on us to sort all of that out. by the time we sat down on our table, which was hard to find a clean one because everything was dirty with crumbs and no one wiped a single thing down inbetween guest while we were there, the lady beside us got a wrap that she had to get up and get a knife to cut because it was not cut for her like it normally would be if the owners were there. The table beside us also didn’t get plates for their pizza and just ate off the tray and when we asked for to go boxes, they gave us pizza boxes for our pasta. while sitting at the table and waiting for food, they brought me the wrong pasta, which I had to send back and wait while my husband ate all of his and my pregnancy cravings were not too pleased with that. They brought us cinnamon knots after we just went through all of this, ordering the garlic knots. As we sat in there for roughly an hour we saw time and time again every order every person was having the same issues. The table beside us told us that if the owners and their son were here this wouldn’t be happening. The woman that brought us our food apologized, saying that the hostess was new. however, even when I start a new job, I don’t mess up literally everything. I’m not trying to get her fired, but she definitely needs more training before being thrown on the register alone. overall, the food was very good but the service was a nightmare. I would hate to order to go and nothing be right definitely check your order and hopefully you won’t wait while they try two or three times to correct it if you don’t have time you don’t want to get it from here because you will be waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to...

Came in to get a pizza, walked in and there was no greeting or hello from the girl at the front. looked at us like she saw a ghost. We ordered our pizza, then the order was not reviewed with us before paying, were not told the total. It’s pretty common to confirm the order with the customer and tell them the total. It’s pretty common to have these simple routines when ordering. She was also on her phone right in front of us and eating and drinking which was gross to see, along with the nail biting and grabbing crushed ice with her fingers out of her cup before handing us the pizza box for us to touch and get on our clothes when we take it home. Yummy. A customer came in to pick up a pizza and it was sitting on top of a cold cooler. Glad we didn’t order ahead. Another girl from the back came up with her used cup and was using the drink machine, cross contaminating the drink station potentially spraying her germs on the machine. Along with touching the trash can and walking back to the kitchen. We also were not asked if we would like a receipt. Also since when do you provide a last name when placing an order in person and there’s nobody else in the restaurant. Mary dropped the red pepper and Parmesan shakers on the ground and put them right back on the table without wiping them off. The whole front of the restaurant behind the counter had all kinds of trash and chemical spray bottles sitting around which was pretty unsanitary to see. They have a 96.5 sanitary rating which is surprising it’s not lower from the things I just visually saw. I wonder what the back looks like. The shakers were all primarily left empty from what I saw. We also waited 30 minutes for a pizza. The 2 girls were more focused on folding pizza poxes then to check on our 35 minute ticket time at 8:30 when they close at 11 when they see us sitting here waiting for our food that came out COLD. It was super fun to sit here waiting hungry and hearing loud laughing and talking coming from...

I ordered a pizza and a chicken wrap and asked for a refund and I was refused a refund completely and met with a nasty man named Tristan who refused to hear what I had to say about the wrap and refused to refund me. He was a nasty man and I will never be back at this establishment EVER. I left the food there and this was for takeout. He talked some big stuff over the phone to a woman but I bet he wouldn’t say it in person.

I’m gonna add that my husband called the man and the man said I was cussing at the blonde employee but that’s literally a complete lie. I asked for a refund and the blonde girl was bothered she had to get the manager on the phone to do a refund. So either she lied or that manager Tristan lied but I would actually never curse at a service worker. I know how hard the industry is. When my husband called he was able to get a refund. How is it that a man can get a refund but when I called and spoke to the man Tristan he was refusing to give me a refund and was disrespectful . I was speaking to Tristan describing my idea on the food and he just was a horrible man and that’s putting it nicely without cursing. I believe that man is sexist against women because my husband got a refund and he also was showing anger and expressing himself on the phone with Tristan and he was met with I appreciate you blah blah. We will take our refund but our family will not be back
