Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

I ordered a sub at 8:30am, the store "opened at 8". I was told via app it would be ready at 8:50. Unfortunately, I sat there until 9:24. The lady was acted "busy ", I knocked four times, she looked at me and continued to play on her phone. Once she opened, she laughed and said opps. I forgot to unlock the door. Upon getting in my sub, it was cold (I ordered a toasted sub). Not only was it cold, but it was completely wrong. I told her it was supposed to be a footlong. When I asked for a new sub, she decided to snatch it and threw it aggressively in the trash. When she remade it, she completely made it wrong. She made it behind the counter where I could see. She didn't care, was very rude, and smelled of cigarettes. This location should really check their workers and the owner needs to take a look of...

Was in today , and like for the past several months, the establishment has a sign noting this current location is not accepting coupons ( nor do they give a 10% discount to military veterans ), which some subways offer.

Furthermore, when ordering my footlong, I asked for more tuna on the sandwich ( due to the lack of tuna placed on the sandwhich). The associate informed me, " there would be an additional charge for extra tuna" I said, " no there won't be"

Well, I was charged extra

I see why now, this specific subway has a 3 star rating. The customer service is lacking and people notice!

There is NO REASON , other than a management decision, not to take coupons.

Ok The owner needs to get it together in here. At least a month their toaster has been broken. An out of White bread 🥖 Or only a few select breads . The prep area is clean but the veggies need some help .. like fresh ones. Half the items didn’t even have veggies. The tea area an specialty machine need to be cleaned, an how about some out side light ? The front of the store is dark an we have Campbell students eating here.
