Starbucks — Restaurant in North Carolina

I went in recently, normally I LOVE this place, but as I ordered and waited for my receipt to be printed I made small talk with the cashier (she was a former classmate of mine), and just as the receipt was printing one of the staff very rudely yelled for the person behind me to order. Then proceeded to very loudly keep saying that “that it was SO rude”, all he got was a free cup of water.... I didn’t even collect my receipt I just took my stuff and left. Honestly the way the woman had acted then proceeded to openly treat that cashier with faces and attitude. It was unprofessional and frankly, I don’t want to go back to a place where the manager (I assume) felt it was ok to do that in front of people, over something that was literally nothing. This particular Starbucks location is on a campus. With thousands of students my expectation of service was 5 stars. College kids have to get to class and stay up to study right? No one said Hi welcome to Starbucks. I asked for a good product so instead of them tell me they are out they just ignore me and I assumed they charged me for it. Secondly I asked for Chocolate Cold Foam. I received 2 drops of milk froth on my drink. My drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. The guy was passive aggressive and talking about customers. I will definitely be calling corporate. I wish I could upload the picture of my drink. I will never return to...

I can't fairly rate this shop because I couldn't find it. I ended up having to go to another shop because of this reason. Be aware that this coffee shop isn't actually a traditional store, but actually on the college campus. I was fairly disappointed about this because I drove 14 miles to get here. I hope one day Google will have a way to identify non traditional stores so that the customer knows...
