Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

It was a pretty good sub but, The Girl that finally answered the phone after I had to call probably 5 times and let it ring for a long time was VERY RUDE to me and she didn't ask anything but, IS THAT ALL?? over and over again the whole time I was trying to tell her my order and it wasn't special... I only made her job easier.. I didn't ask for extra of anything... I was right up to the point with everything because, I knew exactly what I wanted and how to order it. I worked at Subway years ago when I was a teenager in Spindale N.C. for 4+ years at White Oaks Plaza when it was there. I was very nice to her and I only ordered 2 Easy to make sub's and that was a footlong Tuna on Regular bread with no cheese just a little lettuce, black olives and Mayo and 1 Footlong Roast beef etc... but, I didn't know why she was being REALLY RUDE AND RUSHING TO GET OFF THE PHONE... I mean I wasn't trying to have a conversation I was calling in an order and that's it but, when my boyfriend got here after he went to pick up the order and get his I told him about what happened and he said well they weren't busy and there was 5 employees there and they were all sitting down eating so what I'm trying to say is she shouldn't have treated me the way she did and I only made her job easier I don't know who the girl was but, I know that you're not supposed to treat the customer like she did regardless of what she was doing it's her job to make sure that the order is taken and correct and at first she wasn't even going to get the name or a phone# or anything then when she had almost hung up the phone from rushing to do whatever she did finally ask oh yeah can I get a name? I said yes and I said Cogdell.... She said can you spell that for me and I said yes Michael Cogdell... C-o-g-d-e-l-l and...

We have been regular customers of this Subway since we moved to Forest City in January, 2023, ordering online at least every couple of weeks (sometimes more). At first, we could not believe how great the food and service was, and even commented amongst ourselves that it was the “best Subway ever”. However, over the past few months, we have seen a decline in the service (and thus, the food). We have had 3 out of the past 4 orders prepared incorrectly, despite tipping 15% on literally every order. The first time it happened, we chalked it up to an innocent mistake. The second time, which was just last week, the sandwiches were completely inedible and I had to drive back to the store to have the employees make two new sandwiches. Tonight, my fiancée’s sandwich is missing extra meat, both are missing cheese and weren’t cut in half, among a few other missing ingredients. We are simply too tired to drive back to the store tonight, so made do with what we received. We could possibly even look past the incorrectly made orders if the staff wasn’t so rude. Not only do they not greet customers at the door, but they can’t even be bothered to reply back with a simple “hello” when greeted. Very disappointed in the recent direction and quality...

Best time to go is in the morning the lady that works mornings is the best one to get to make your subs ..That lady was still working mornings..best sandwich maker...She still works there in the morning time..that place would not make it without her she is the only thing that makes me go there ...I wish I new her name ....subway needs to give her a raise...A Big Raise...stop in and try it out especially in the mornings...I went there this afternoon 2/14/24 And it was a joke..I know people has to learn there job but when you got people that acted like they no there job and telling people what they was going to do and say what not they are not going to do...and did not even no how to make a egg and cheese sandwich..had to ask the manager i guess she was the manager that came up there from back ....this place is a joke ... in The afternoon ...I will never go back no more somebody needs to do something about this place ...nobody knew how to do anything....DO NOT GO IN the afternoon or you will be sorry...go in the mornings or up till 2 O clock that is when the other woman is there she is the best ...I wish I...
