Waves Mart and Grill — Restaurant in North Carolina

I used to love this place. I buy from the gas station side and the cafe every day. Today I order a steak and cheese witch is the best in the world, the lady dropped are food off at the wrong "witch is fine mistakes happen" the two guys grab food with thier hands and relised it wasnt thier food so they gave it back to her. The lady then tried to give me the plates I told her they touched it with thier hands and she walked to the back 2 minutes later she brings it back to me and I told her they grabbed the food again another lady said they would remake the plates I understand mistakes happen but dont be sneaky and try to give me a plate after some one stuck thier hands all over it two times after I told you its unsanitary and nasty. The manager did give me a 50 percent off but I gave it to another customer if I cant trust the person cooking to do right...

This is a hidden gem. You think when you pass by it on hwy24 it’s just a plain gas station. Well your so wrong. It is staffed with great employees. It has a kitchen inside that will cook you breakfast and make what your belly craves. Lunch is available and they have daily specials. My choice today was the shrimp basket. Amazing food and service. Important location important because it's the only one in between Hibbs and Walmart gas stations ⛽plus right across the street from the IGA 🥑 Food store. The employees are friendly but also attentive. One of the few places willing to accept and change a hundred-dollar bill 💸. The only drawback is the parking 🅿️🚙🚧 only a few spots are usable. This is why four 🌟and not five. If you look closely at their road sign it reads "Ethanol Free" though that might be helpful to some Boaterspeople...
