This visit was a mess. Went through the drive thru. Was asked to come in. Once in, they announced they were not able to grill or steam anything. We ordered through the kiosk as the lobby was full. We waited as the screen kept spinning. We waiting 5 minutes or so after entering payment and went to the counter to see if it went through. The clerk said no, and began entering our order again. I ordered a combo listed on the the screen and repeated it several times as she was confused as if it didn't exist, while a someone called out my name and slung a bag on the counter. I looked and my kiosk order did go though and the clerk canceled the order. As we were getting our drinks someone from the back called out asking who had the order with the items I had ordered. I went back up and she looked through my bag, turned walked away without saying a word to me and was talking to another employee about where her order went. We took our bag and left.    Read moreOutstanding! This particular store replaced the old store that burnt down further down the road near Goodwin Elementary school. Now they are in a great, open location that has high visibility, better parking areas, well and cleanly maintained grounds, etc. What can I say but Taco Bell hit a home run with this one. So this is my review. I hope the employees there see this because every word is true, as a testament to how great of a job that they are doing! Keep up the good work! So here it is: Great food, excellent customer service, the cleanest Taco Bell in Charleston, and well run by happy and competent management! Even the teenagers who work there are very happy, which is really saying something. And to put the icing on the cake, they even try to remember your name so the next time they see you in the store they personally greet you! If I could give this store more than 5...
Read moreIt's definitely Taco Bell. If you order more than one thing that isn't exactly as-is on the menu, then you should expect to get something incorrect. In the off chance your order happens to be accurate, then the food will be stale or the portions will be off, it's just the business model: give the customer a 50/50 shot at getting "fresh" ingredients, or ones that aren't in the midst of going stale, and if we just got a truck, their "order" is whatever they get in their bag. If you order vegetarian, check your order before leaving the parking lot, it's not an easy one to return to. ALWAYS check for your Cinna twists, for some reason they like to withhold those a lot too. If you're reading this, godspeed. For all the usual reasons, I wish you the best of luck on...
