DO NOT EAT HERE!! Especially if you are military! The service was absolutely horrendous and food was subpar. I came with my brother who had just graduated from Navy basic training for breakfast. The waitress (an older red head woman) was just completely rude from the start. She about threw our menus at us, as she was suppose to be laying them on the table and then quickly walked off. She was short with us while taking our order, not allowing my brother an opportunity to properly order. She had asked a question about his meal, that he did not understand because he didn’t hear the question (he clearly appeared confused). Instead of giving him a chance to say that he didn’t hear or her kindly repeat herself, she took the menus from him and took it upon herself to make the decision for him (apparent when the food came out). I had gone to the bathroom at one point and asked my brother to get the check while I was gone. I came back to him telling me that she quickly came and got our finished plates, but didn’t give him an opportunity to ask for the check. So I got her attention and asked. In doing so she turned around with the worst body language (what appeared to be annoyed looking like “what did we want”) and half nodded her head to my request. In came off to us, that basically she’d get to us, when she got to us. Let me add that it was not busy in the restaurant! And I’ll add that no military discount was offered or on the check, nor did I care to ask after the experience. But, seeing that my brother was in uniform along with others from the training base, shouldn’t have had to ask. By far the worst service and experience I have received. Even worse that my brother, a brand new sailor had been treated in such a manner for his service. Management needs to be ashamed of themselves for allowing this waitress to work in what should be a military friendly...
Read moreI was banned for life from this place. During our visit, a big crawled off my plate and onto the table. I had mixed fruit, and that's area it was in. My companion crushed it with his finger before I could get a waitress or manager's attention. The waitress brought the manager, and once I explained to him what happened, he grew very loud and defensive and demanded we pay for the meal. Not wanting to interrupt other people's experience, I stayed calm and explained that I did not feel comfortable doing so. The manager then accused me of not having enough money to pay for the meal and threatened to call the police. Screaming, he said either I pay or he'd call the police. I, still calm (although extremely embarrassed at the scene he was creating), told him to go ahead. No amount of screaming was going to undo me seeing a bug crawling off of the plate that was brought for my consumption. He threatened to call the police for nearly 5 mins. I stayed calm and waited. After speaking to other employees, he hastily shoo'ed them off. Returning his attention back to me, he screamed again stating that I don't have any money. He then demanded that I get out and that I was banned for life. I calmly said "ok", gathering my things. As my companion and I left, I approached our waitress and gave her a tip just over the total price of the meals. Now, I use Full Moon to gauge how close I am to my destination and frequent other establishments. Since being banned from Full Moon, I can thankfully report that no bugs have dined on my intended meals (and trust, because of my experience at Full Moon, I've become Inspector Gadget...
Read moreHmmm, I really hate having to leave bad reviews but when its necassary I feel obligated. We went in early morning (5am). So to start my husbands biscuits/gravy came to the table cold, or rather the gravy. You could tell the biscuits were a frozen product. No taste really to the gravy, Seems like they dont flavor(salt&pepper) as they cook. As a cook myself I know that is SO important. The only thing on his order that was delicious was the over easy eggs and sausage links. Now to my order, the country steak combo. The "steak" was so small and obviously a frozen thing they fried. The hashbrowns came looking great with the crunchy outside but as I got into them the middle was a mushy mess, seriously like mashed potatoes. Even my toast(butter not even melting into it) and side of bacon came cold. I cant say the reason for the cold food was because they sat in the window too long because they didnt. The waitress was on top of it and picked them up within seconds. I would like to give the benefit of doubt that since we were in so early that was the reason, however if you are open 24 hours you should be always at your best. The waitress was awesome and friendly and the restraunt clean. Hence the reason for at least two stars, but without that it's not even...
