Dragon City — Restaurant in North College Hill

I have been coming here for over 3 years. I love general tso chicken with chicken fried rice. I order it no peppers, no onions, extra sauce every time. The last 3 times I came my order was wrong. Today it happened again and I had not had anything to eat all day! I picked up my order I got home and there were onions and green peppers all in my meal!!! I called and told the man what happened I heard a woman in the background speaking both languages. Screaming about how I ordered no veggies not not peppers? So I told the man I am coming back I want my order remade. I get there and the woman tells me I didnt ask for no peppers I asked for no veggies .no onions... which if its no veggies that means no peppers?! Anyways she argued with me I watched her have the cook take chicken out of my new dish. She was angry I wanted my egg roll and crab ragoon remade since it had been 45 minutes since I got my original order. She rolled her eyes spoke in another language got my new crab ragoon and new egg rolls handed me the bag didnt say a word. I got home and there were only 8 pieces of chicken and it was dry when i asked for extra sauce. I CALLED back to let them know this is ridiculous I have been a loyal customer, I've let many mistskes go since I am in the food industry I understand mistakes happen. But this is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is awful. I have told everyone in my house I will personally drive to get them chinese food from any other establishment. Our money will not be spent...

I order from here often. Today I got a 20 min estimate which ended up being an entire hour. The guy who brought my food didn't speak English which resulted in him being impolite, "I'm here, open door" when he called. My order was for $22 and some change. I gave the man $25 so he could have a tip. He stopped me and gave back my $20 which I didnt I understand, and he clearly did not either. He kept saying he couldnt take it. He said it "didnt feel real" because it was wrinkled and had a tear in it. I told him I had no other cash, and showed him the strip in the $20 bill. He said no and left, and took my food. I called in and the guy on the phone was more friendly, spoke English, and said he could bring it back to me. I asked since I'd waited an hour already and would be waiting again, and additionally was told I was a fraud, would I be receiving a discount when he brought me my food and saw that my money was real? I got a no. So I canceled and told them they lost my service. Don't do business if you can't speak the language and don't know what money looks like! Customer service is a plus...

I spent $30 in this restaurant and will never do it again. They were very rude. The rice was hard and soft and the meat was very chewy and I only order chicken. It’s so dusty in there I almost wanted a refund because I ordered and paid online. The Cook was sweating on top of the food, and he was wiping his sweat with his hand and handling food at the same time. I looked in the bag and it was only 2 packs of soy sauce. I asked can I have some more soy sauce and they told me that it was only two packs of soy sauce per order. I offered to pay for some more soy sauce and they told me it was a $1 a pack. I told them nevermind Because Krogers was down the street so I went to go buy some from there. When I get home, me and my family did not eat the food because of the way it tasted we end up, throwing it away and going to get pizza. I just move to the College hill area and this was my first time coming to this particular Dragon city. I usually go to the one on North Bend. . Please Pkease don’t ever eat here with disgusting...
