I've been to this Burger King location several times and every time the wait in the drive through is over 30 minutes, regardless of how many cars are in front. We haven't eaten here in a long time because of this, but tonight we decided to try again and order ahead using their app. I still waited in line for 45 minutes and when I got to the window, my food (which I had ordered an hour prior at this point) still hadn't been made.
The 2 employees had less than no motivation as they stood inside talking and walked slowly around. They then told me they didn't have part of my order and asked if I'd like a replacement, which I agreed to. They finally got my food out to me and handed it to me without a single word. I proceeded to sit in the drive through for several more minutes while waiting for my drinks. The 2 workers were standing just inside the window talking, clearly not doing anything to get my drinks. They finally got them out to me and still forgot one. After over an hour I finally had my meal and left the restaurant.
If this was a one off episode, I could forgive them, but this is a consistent issue. I saw 4 other vehicles leave the line in the time I was waiting. Completely unacceptable. We will not be going back to this location again. It is faster to drive across town to the...
Read moreWent to this restaurant on 6-3-2023 pulled up at 10:22 am the guy asked me what I wanted to order I asked him if we could get some Junior burritos he says a lot of Junior burrito out of tortillas then he said and we're all out of biscuits too which eliminates pretty much everything on their breakfast menu so I asked him what he did have and he says without attitude we don't have anything for you and every time we go there they are not fully staffed for food for Burger King so what's the sense of ordering at breakfast then I asked him his name after he gave me that response that well there's nothing for you here he wouldn't even give me his name this needs to be turned over to the Head corporation which I will do on Monday and he should be fired as far as atmosphere I gave you one star cuz I didn't even get in the building to order after that I didn't want to even come in there and as far as service while it wasn't even a one star it was a zero star and food didn't even order any I'd rather drive 6 miles to the Mandan one just to get a good service I don't think they realize that right down the road is McDonald's so much for...
Read moreOn September 25, 2018, we stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We ordered the promotional “two meals for $10.00.” One of the meals was a whopper. Instead of receiving the whopper I ordered, I received a whopper bun and two hamburger patties. It was poorly assembled as well. I took the sandwich to the front counter, and I asked the female employee if they were out of whopper patties. She looked confused and then muttered, “Ummm, yeah.” The male employee making sandwiches said, “We temporarily ran out of whopper patties, so we had to improvise.” He then said, “We have some now, so I’ll make you a new sandwich.”
I don’t even know where to begin. If you run out of patties, then you tell the customer. You don’t substitute a completely different item—without asking me first. Additionally, if you get caught being lazy, the absolutely least you can do is apologize. If you take a look at the photos for this Burger King, you’ll see the sandwich I am referencing....
