I was at this location June 22nd at 7am they were extra busy, after waiting 10 minutes in line I raised my hands to signal whats the wait and a lady in yellow began making faces which could only be described as aggressive. I left the drive through to go in and see what she said, there was another person in front of me asking questions about her bill she was not getting anywhere with the employee helping her so she called over the "Store Manager" and she immediately was rude and short with the employee acting like she was inconvenienced with her asking for help with the transaction. The store manager then began working with the customer and was still very short with her, they resolved that the price of the bagels do not change whether they charge for the peanut butter on the side or on the bagel and then the store manager asked what I needed.
When I asked her if she was the manager she said yes and I asked her what she was saying and why she was making the aggressive faces at me she said because I was raising my arm and asking why its taking so long. I asked her why it takes ten minutes for a sandwich she said her systems are down which I understand. I asked her if maybe she should tell customers that before making them wait and she flew off the handle and when I told her I was going to report her to the store manager she said she was the store manager and asked me to never come back.
I won't be going back and the way she conducts business and works with employees and customers is beyond unprofessional. The lady that was getting assistance before me waited for me in the parking lot to tell me how off put she was by the way she was conducting herself, this owner needs to do something before they loose such a great business over a rude manager.
Spoke to corporate they said they would have the owner contact me, that was over 3 months ago, I guess the owner is as clueless as the manager no wonder they do not...
Read moreVery poor management. GM does not follow company procedures and really does not seem to care. This location refuses to perform a pour over on decaf. So no drip decaf. The halfcaf usually comes out full regular or full decaf. There are some younger workers there that are pleasant and welcoming. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for coffee in the drive up lane, even if there's only one car in front. Again this can be fixed by following policy. The location is newer, but is often dirty. For those locked into the taste of Caribou coffee, try the location next to Kirckwood mall. If u are passing through, Steel (40 miles east of town) has a Caribou in the gas station along the interstate. I wish I could say something good about this location, but I can't. It's the worst one I've been to, and I'm a frequent consumer of their coffee. Hopefully this...
Read moreI am a grad student, so I spend a lot of time studying/writing an a lot of time drinking coffee. The staff here is always friendly, except this one time but let’s not get into that. I’ve probably spent around 120 hours here working on my thesis. I went about a month without going once and when I came back the barista still remembered my order. If you’re interested in spending a ridiculous amount on coffee like I do (quantity and quality) I suggest you get the app it’ll save you a couple dollars every now and then. One thing I love about the Caribou espresso is that it’s very smooth, I feel like Starbucks is quite bitter compared to Caribou’s roast. The bagels are also good I like to order a small marshmallow latte or a medium iced cold press as well as an asiago bagel with garden cream cheese!...
