Love the coffee, food, and atmosphere.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, and I seem to get an uncomfortable feeling from the type of crowd that comes in here, maybe it’s me, nothing the business itself can control. I get odd looks and glares often when I come in here. Aside from that, the staff is generally very friendly, especially the younger ones. I’m not a very social person and they don’t seem to press conversation on me, which I like, but also wouldn’t be opposed if they tried. The younger oriental boy stands out the most to me and does great at his job, but it’s the owner (I believe), the older gentleman who gives me an uncomfortable feeling. Maybe he’s tired or not having a good day, but he generally seems to not be in a good mood. Always has a very serious (maybe annoyed) demeanor about him. But that’s only my experiences! I’m still going to keep coming because I love the calm environment as far as the lights and noise, (for I’m pretty sensory sensitive) and the unique coffees, lattes (they also nail it at the foam art in the lattes), and...

I have been a customer of Beans & Bites since they opened, and have never been disappointed. The first time I was there the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and you can tell they are genuinely happy and grateful for each and every customer they serve. Every season the cafe is decorated & their themed drinks & bakery items are so fun and delicious! A very cozy atmosphere inside, and their outdoor area in the warmer months is perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the morning sun! Our company has done a handful of catering orders through them, and each time we are blown away. The entire staff raves about the food and baked goods. Not only is the food great, the process of planning and getting everything together is a breeze. Danielle is quick to respond and is willing to think outside the box, and really entertain any idea or vision you have for your event. We LOVE Beans and Bites and frequent there often! I’ve tried MANY different coffee drinks and truly there hasn’t been one I haven’t liked! Every single cup served is truly a CUP OF JOY! Breakfast options are my FAV while my husband would tell you he’s there for any and every option they have in their fresh bakery case. Lol! I recently reached out (extremely short notice) to see if they could do a bigger coffee order for our staff at Redeemer Lutheran School for a teacher appreciation breakfast and received an amazing response with “Of course! No problem.” (Which come to find out was most likely a small order for them.😉) I wanted to be able to pick up the order as early as possible and they had no problem having the whole order ready to go right when they opened their doors at 7:00 am. Every cup of joy labeled with the name of the drink and person who ordered it. 10/10 top notch service not only with my recent order request but EVERY TIME we come!
