Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This is one of the only churches chicken in Las Vegas and was one of the best. My last visit, I came with my family and at first everything seemed ok. We ordered 4 meals and asked for wing substitutions for some of the dark meat chicken and the cashier who took our order not only ignored our request but proceeded to put the order in without the substitutions. We were wondering why there was no extra charge but we just figured they just substituted the chicken without the charge. When we received our order, the chicken pieces were wrong and when we asked them to remake our order, they told us to keep the chicken we already paid for and then charged us more money for the chicken wings. The cashier decided to get an attitude and say well you see we didn't charge you for the white meat on your receipt. My husband luckily kept a cool head and the manager tried to resolve the issue but the point was, not only did the cashier pretend to take our order properly, he didn't acknowledge his mistake and we ended up leaving the restaurant with chicken we didn't order originally and extra wings on the side? And I ordered fried okra which they charged us for but we never received! I would have left this review the day I got the food but we were so disappointed, I just didn't even bother. Even the mashed potatoes were half full and the chicken was overcooked. I feel like they just served us anything so we would leave because we were in there for nearly half an hour for more chicken than we ordered(all in all we spent $45.57), a missing side, and nearly a missing drink! I will never return to this particular churches because there are certain people who come in and get treated like royalty while others are deemed unworthy and get the scraps and leftovers. Step up your game Churches! I love the food but not when it's not even served properly! Also, the same cashier, wasn't wearing gloves while he was putting glaze on the biscuits...how was he allowed to do that? Going from the register with no gloves to handling ready to eat products with no gloves???? I know people need jobs but try to take some pride in what you do.
