This certain Domino's store is confused. We order (or did order) several times per week. About a month ago, our orders would take anywhere from one hour to an hour and a half to be delivered. This was the time AFTER it was cooked. This time started as they left the store.
We would call and call and we're told that it was on the way but that other people that ordered would be delivered first and he had the our pizza and other items in his car and it would be delivered when he got to it.
We called again and we're told that they just needed to hire more drivers. That it wasn't their fault that our pizza and other items were late.
When our items finally made it to the house it was wrong and items were missing. Items that we paid for. We called and were told that they were sorry but couldn't bring them because they were so busy. No mention of a refund or to bring our items
Stupidly we ordered again. Same exact thing. Almost two hours for delivery and missing items with no care or response from Domino's. And I wrote and complained to Domino's.
We went almost a month and ordered again . Yesterday we tried again. Success.
The order was correct, The Tracker was correct, the order was delivered BEFORE it said it would be and we received all items ordered. The food was hot and tasted wonderful. Excellent experience. But it was a different Manager and staff.
Tonight. Back to their confusing ways. We went by the store and stopped in to order our Rewards free pizza. We ordered what we were supposed to but we had to pay $2.17. For our Free Pizza. We asked why we were being charged for our free pizza and nobody knew. Even the manager.
I don't know anymore. We love Domino's when it works but this store can't seem to get it together. Ever. Julio is a big problem and I think he is the Manager. Someone needs to manage the Manager. He's the one that was so rude the first time we called with a problem.

Read moreI started ordering from this location a few months ago. It started off fine I was always very satisfied and enjoyed the experience. Just a few weeks ago. I’m guessing they have changed staffing and though when I call to complain the service is great outside of the time I am always put on hold the food has had major issues Everytime I place an order. I ordered beef pizza there would be bacon on it in the tiniest increment but when you know you know so it had to be thrown away. The pizzas at times come to me dried out and old upon arrival literally cold to the touch. I ordered a pasta meal as well and it was dry. Noodles crunchy not enough sauce to cover half of the small amount of pasta they agreed into the aluminum bowl. My most recent experience which is the final straw for me with this place after spending my hard earned money giving several chances and tipping as well for the delivery service that seems to all of a sudden take over an hour when it used to take 15-30 minutes max I ordered a cheese pizza and it was not only old and friends it barely had cheese!! The pepperoni pizzas for my children had not cheese on them than the actual cheese pizza. It was sauce and doe with sprinkles of cheese burned to a crisp and old. It looked disgusting I couldn’t even look at it without being grossed out. Also might I add for this same order I wanted 2 2 liters and they called me after I called them wondering why it was taking so long, about an hr and 1/2 to tell me they had no 2 liters at all said it would be taken off the final price and wasent. Also,,! They do something to the tracker to where you can’t follow your order after it’s been placed online or submit photos for pizza credit. You will most definitely have to call twice to get an answe at any day and time and they talk very professional but the amount of care they have is proven...
Read moreCalled half an hour after the online page said it was on its way at 5:50 PM. The employee over the phone (a woman) put me on hold and explained to me that the delivery guy(Michael) was three stops away from our home.
30 minutes later, I call again and the same woman is on the other end of the phone. She now tells me that there is an hour to and an hour and a half wait time. Michael is back in the restaurant ( I heard her call his name) on top of which she divulged to me that he had never taken our order in the first place. Apparently they were busy and someone dropped the ball.
Finally at around 7:25 PM the pizza arrives cold after waiting over an hour and a half for it. The driver Michael, gave us an extra pizza for the trouble. Which was great, but it was also cold. However, they forgot some items on our order and Michael said Domino's would take care of the problem.
We called again about 25 minutes later to verify if the missing items were on their way. This time there was a new voice over the phone, I explained the situation and asked them to make sure that they would be delivered promptly. The man over the phone said he would talk to the original driver and have the items delivered.
The missing items finally arrived at 8:21 and they threw in a two-liter of sprite .
The whole thing really sucked for me and my family. Especially since items were delivered apart and with such a time delay.. having to reheat everything made the pizza taste kind of stale. But, they did throw in an extra pizza and a two-litter...
I give their attempt at trying to fix this issue 5 Stars... The driver was awesome. The wait time, however.. for every mistake they made back in the restaurant was just too much.
The meal was not enjoyable. Please, just hire more drivers or something....
