Location ::: 2668 North Las Vegas Blvd
I’ve had a few visits to this Little Caesars, and I feel it’s time to share my experience. The food itself is fine it tastes just like any other Little Caesars pizza, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can share.
The real issue here is the ordering process. Whether I order in person or online, there’s always some level of disorganization. In-store orders are never accurate in terms of wait time; there’s always an additional delay that isn’t communicated. Even online orders have been problematic—my orders are frequently misplaced or even stolen, and I end up waiting longer while they remake it.
I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault; this location has a high turnover rate, and I never see the same person twice. That leads to a lack of consistency, and no one seems to have a good grasp of the system. It’s a sucks because this location is really close to my home, but with the poor service, I’m definitely considering other pizza options.
I still enjoy the Little Caesars pizza, but I’d really like to see improvements in the way this location handles orders and customer service....
Read morePizzas were warmish, maybe because they had them sitting on the counter while I waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to hand them to me. I understand they were busy, but at the same time, this happens often here. So many of us in line were just there for pick up, but yet have to wait for others to decide what they want, pay, make small talk, complain, etc,. I don't understand why there can't be a designated person to help hand out pick up orders, especially during busy times. That being said, the guy taking orders and handing orders out and completely running the front with a line out the door by himself did so with a smile, professionalism, very friendly and hustled so props to him! (I wish I got his name. He was working spectacularly well in a stressful environment with customers crammed in the front!) Better organizing would give 5 stars all across, it would take stress away waiting in line for a long period of time, providing faster service, show teamwork to handle the front end, and pizzas would be at a better temperature without being sat on the counter for an extended period of time, also providing more space for...
Read moreSince we’ve moved to this area, we’ve always order from the location on rainbow and Charleston/alta. Ordered from this location since it’s close by and boy everything was a mess. Took a whole hour for the picked up to be ready, inside was way too crowded and the employees seemed to be irritated for some reason. Now all of this I understand because it’s rush hour so there will be a crowd, the employees might be agitated from other customers and likewise. The issue is I order 3 pizza; 1 pepperoni 1 meat and 1 supreme. We picked up my order and it’s my fault for not checking before leaving. We got home and these were the other pizzas. Pepperoni was correct but yo!! The supreme!!! Only one leaf or whatever that was on both pizza. 😩😩😩 I paid extra for a pepperoni and one tiny bell pepper. Don’t know if I want to cry or laugh. Anyway, management should do better. It’s a cheap pizza place in a low income area so they should know to expect a crowd at certain times especially dinner time. Now I’m gonna go cry and no I don’t want to drive back because once you complain to your cook, you’ll know something has to be done with...
