El Rinconcito Salvadoreño #1 — Restaurant in North Lauderdale

This is my second time coming to this restaurant. The first time I ordered it was to go. It took a solid 35 mins for a total of 3 pupusas. ..... I was very upset because pupusas should be fast or if not fast definitely faster than more than half those dishes .... I have made them before ... as long as you are prepared to make them it should be a breeze. ANYWAYS. I thought to myself ... I love the food it's a cute restaurant why not give it another go !

Regret. So annoying. Why are you so understaffed .... why is the service so slow. Why can't you just split my bill in half without giving me a hard time. Why did I have to ask 3 times for a Togo box and I still didn't get it. why the attitude ? Is it me ? Also not that I care or anything but why do you add automatic gratuity .... ? I get it. I do. I work in a restaurant. I get it. But at least give me good service.

I don't think I'll be going back. Sorry but I was just given a bad first impression, twice.

Horrible place to order food from. I placed an order through Uber eats, they accepted the order and then I showed up when Uber said my food was ready for pick up only to find out they didn’t even start on it. SMH. This is not the first, second or third time they’ve done this. I had patience all the other times but when it becomes a recurring theme I’m not having it. Somethings wrong with this place. I spoke to the manager about the situation and she told me that I could wait for the order, nonchalantly like nothing is wrong. SMH. Really ????!! I waited over an hr and you didn’t even start on my order and now you want me to wait still. They don’t have to worry about me ordering from them ever again. I spend my money where we are appreciated and I don’t think they appreciate African Americans at this restaurant. If you don’t believe me try placing an order and going to pick it up when it’s suppose to be ready or better yet walk in and see how they...

Very rude, ordered calamari it seemed as if it was 2 days old. When I contacted restaurant they said they would make a fresh order, I contacted them to let them know I was coming to pick up fresh order. After being transferred to a couple of members of staff the women in charge said it was ok to come pick up order. When I arrived at restaurant to pick up calamari and more that I had ordered, I realized the calamari was not included. When I called back the women who had previously honored my request said they did not include calamari because the owner denied request that was previously Approved. It almost felt like a bait and switch to get me to order more food so I can get a fresh order of calamari, only to get home for them to tell me. Almost as if it was down intentionally. Very unprofessional and I will not be giving another dime of my money to that restaurant. I would not recommend eating there but if you do MAKE sure to check your order...
