Grand's Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in North Manchester

I have had a terrible experience with one worker in particular. (Jessy) She was extremely rude while my friends and I were there. While waiting for a friend to come out of the bathroom she shut off the lights with full knowledge that we were there. I am aware that they close at 10pm and it was 10:01 when they turned off the lights to kick use out instead of asking us kindly to leave. After trying in explain that we were waiting for a friend they got angry and somewhat aggressive towards use and told us to wait outside. Which would have been fine except for the fact that it was 15 degrees outside. I wasn't saying anything about it prior for hope that she was just having a bad day. They have a good selection of ice cream flavors. The custard and Philly ice is a nice addition. They also have a decent food menu. It mainly consists of hot dogs and grilled cheese. My son loves the hot dogs. They are grilled and served on a toasted bun. My only recommendation would be to add some butter to the grilled cheese! It tastes like it's made on the sandwich maker with little or no butter. Just a personal preference. Ice cream scoop sizes vary widely by who's working. Friendly staff and not usually terribly busy. If your just driving through Manchester it's a good place to stop at and take in the local scenery because your downtown and the museum is across the road and you get it learn lot about...
