Here is an honest to goodness story that just happened. I always like to tip to show my gratitude. I offered the young lady a small tip and she said that she could not take it because it's against policies but she was very grateful. I insisted and again she said no. So, I finally said: "please take. I mean, who's going to know?" She looked at me, chuckled and said, "I would. I'm the manager. " Good lord....
