Starbucks — Restaurant in North Miami

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to and one of the hardest working places I’ve seen. The employees here who open the store are very hardworking individuals who make the drinks really really good. They will definitely make the drinks here the right way and to Starbucks standard with a little extra side of love and dedication to it. I’ve seen this Starbucks with lines out the door some days in the mornings and the line moves pretty fast compared to other Starbucks but I’m not surprised with how good and reliable the employees are here. There’s this one barista with glasses who makes 2-3 drinks at a time and she does them really fast and good to standard and she’s always in the zone working hard like a true boss of her craft and it’s really nice and impressive that this Starbucks has an employee like her. Whenever I see the 3 main baristas there, the guy and two girls, I know my coffee or drink is gonna come out good and served to me in a timely manner. Whoever is in charge of this Starbucks needs to know just how good they are because I’ve seen them deal with some bad apple customers from time to time but they just keep a good attitude and strong fortitude to keep pushing through providing quick, fast, and excellent customer service no matter the situation. If you want a good cup of coffee made to perfection definitely come to this location because they will definitely serve you right and fast! 10/10 best Starbucks...

The person who took my order at around 11am was super rude and could not be bothered to take my order. I ordered two drinks but she ended up ringing it up as one drink, which by the way, isn't the issue. The issue was that when I told her that it was supposed to be two separate drinks she was even more rude and then proceeded to tell me that I only ordered one drink. She then proceeded to tell the manager a drink that I didn't ordered. My second drink was an iced triple shot espresso over ice with a few pumps of white mocha but the starbucks partner insisted that I ordered a White mocha, which btw is a completely different drink with MILK. It was a bit of a miscommunication which is completely understandable and I have patience for, but I don't have patience for people who are super rude when I kindly tell them that there was a mistake. I've worked for starbucks for years and let me tell you that the attitude I received today would never slide at other locations. The way you speak to people is a big part of service jobs and I definitely felt like this person did not want to be there. I would like to start off by saying, that I go to Starbucks all the time. I think that this Starbucks is okay, but can be improved. They are running out of things super quickly, and sometimes they can be rude to customers. There is some staff that is very nice. So, I would like to review each category provided /100 Food 75/100- I am not huge on the food at Starbucks, I go there for the lattes, but they run out of it sometimes, so I think that they need to make sure they have sufficient stuff. They make coffee most of the time. One time they messed up my drink, but they rectified it. Service- 55/100- The service is decent, for instance sometimes when requested to mix the sugar in the coffee, they do not do that, so it is almost like it does not do what other Starbucks do. Also, I have asked them for certain things, and then they bring out something different. I would say half the workers are nice, and half of them are not. Atmosphere 77/100- The atmosphere is nice, I would say maybe adding more seating indoors, as sometimes there is no spots for someone to sit and study.
