Family BBQ — Restaurant in North Plainfield

We have always ordered from this place and the food is always good but unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here anymore. We ordered our food over the phone to pick up and they told us 25min over the phone. We arrived 40 min later to give them time to prepare the food because they never prepare it on time. But as we arrived the food was still not ready. My husband simply asked one of the girls that worked there by the name of “ASHLEY” why is it taking so long if they told us 25 min over the phone. She proceeded to be nasty and even cursed at my husband. He asked for the manager and told him is it acceptable for your employees to behave this way to customers and he didn’t say anything he just sent her to the back room. Honestly I don’t care how good the food is in a restaurant if they have employees that behave in this manner in any establishment it will not prosper. They will no longer get our business sad to say. The food is good but they can never get an order correct. The problem is the rude woman who always answers the phone. I’ve ordered three times from this resturant and all three times something has been missing/wrong. The third time i was fed up and asked for a refund for one item and she laughed at me then hung up on me! I called back and asked for a manager and was given more attitude! I’m a person that tips off of customer service and quality. Unfortunately they get one star because of her. Don't order your food from here especially if you aren't going to pick it up. I waited over an hour for my food when it arrived an hour and twenty minutes later my food was cold. I called the manager the service was horrible. They told me they were busy so I had to wait mind you I already waited over an hour for my food. The manager didn't care. They didn't offers us no discount. No nothing to compensate for they horrible service. I can see if this was the first time this happened this is the fourth. I live less than ten minutes away if they were backed up they had my number they could of called I would have picked up myself....
