Worst front desk person I’ve dealt with in my life! Definitely need nicer people working there. Older lady with glasses with the worse attitude, no care for patients asking questions super rude. I dont Mind the wait because Dr. Sanchez is a good doctor but she was the reason I left without seeing the doctor, I’ve been coming here for years and today was the last! That lady needs some customer service training and shouldn’t be at the front desk if she doesn’t like her job. Also I was there since 11am it was Around 1:15pm when approached the desk, I was Waiting for over 2 hours with no food in my body all morning since my appointment was for a physical and needed blood work done, and on top of her attitude I was Also told I had 7 more people in front of me without any apology or acknowledgment at the fact that I was...

Dr. Sanchez deserves more than 5 stars. She is a great Doctor and I have seen her for several years, but decided to change doctor because her staff are very unprofessional. I had made an appointment over the phone and I called to change the time, turn out my appointment was never put in the system, and the next available date was going to be mid-April. My time is extremely valuable, and this situation just got me upset because what would had happen if I had shown up to my appointment the receptionist gave me but never actually made it? very irresponsible . I recommend going elsewhere where there is more flexibility with times and better...

I considered myself very lucky to had been under her care, even for a short time. Unfortunately when you most need medical care it’s very hard to find help and she was the best I could have gotten, I moved and can’t see her anymore but anybody who is wondering about how good she is I would definitely recommend her, extremely professional and caring and at all time trying her best to help. I am still waiting a 9 months period for my appointment with the specialist and since January when I made the appt until September and found only one doctor who just cause more harm than help, reminding me how much appreciated are good...
