Angeliz Pizza & Lounge — Restaurant in North Providence

I ordered online bc I had to be to work by 8pm. I ordered online at 7:15. I walked over to the restaurant from where I was around 7:25. When I got there they said my order never went through (even though my card was charged). So I sat and waited. They handed my food to me around 7:56. I had to drive 16 minutes to work so I was then about 16 minutes late to work after walking back to my car. I really wasn't happy about that but I'm pregnant and I needed to grab food so I could eat at work, assuming if I ordered at 7:15 I'd make to work on time. I also asked for mayonnaise on one of my subs but they ironically didn't have mayo... on a Saturday....at a place that serves subs. The food tasted great, but I was definitely disappointed in my overall experience here. Prices were fair for the size of the subs though, so...

I was very dissatisfied considering I'm A 3 minute car ride away from here ordered a large Square with pepperoni and mushroom after waiting over 45 minutes it came lukewarm 8 wings I ordered we're cold and I received the wrong soda very dissatisfied with the customer service also call to let them know got okay now you have to wait another half an hour for a bottle of soda which ended up being over an hour wish this would have never happened because their pizza was pretty good except it...

Will not order from here again. I live 4minutes away and it took 2 hours for the pizza to be delivered. When placing the order I was told it would be an hour. After 1.5 hours I called back to check the status and was told the driver is on the way... 30 minutes later I finally get my pizza and it was lukewarm and crust was really hard. My son who looks forward to pizza Fridays had to eat something else before going to bed. Not impressed with the customer...
