Lovely little pit stop for some Italian subs and treats.
Pros: extremely fresh and delicious meats/veggies. Really hit the spot with the beefy red tomatoes, dark green lettuce, and meaty cold cuts. Service was amazing, they brought me napkins when they saw I was a making a mess and they even checked in after a few bites to see how everything was.
Cons: the subs can get a tiny bit pricey, I paid $14 for a large Sophia sub and a water. This was plenty of food (I can normally eat a lot) I couldn’t imagine eating a bag of chips with the sub. Also the only part of the food I didn’t like was the bread. It was a robust home-made Italian bread that was a bit too crunchy for me. Sort of hurt my mouth to bite into it.
Otherwise this place was amazing. Would highly recommend. I gave it 5 stars despite the cons because they really...
Read moreStopped in for lunch and had calzones both very good. I had Italian cold cut and my wife had mozzarella,Ttomato and balsamic vinegar. We struck up conversation with the owner and ended up using them for food for my daughters first communion. Ordered a tray of meatballs (with bread rolls for subs)and a tray of chicken parmigiana, as well as a large salad and a tray of grinders. We also had them make us a cake (delicious with many compliments)and supply us with a big tray of desserts( lemon squares and magic bars plus others). EVERYTHING was excellent and very reasonably priced. In my opinion an excellent addition to the local community and we will definitely use them again. Stop in for lunch or use them for an event or party. You won’t be...
Read moreSeriously the best rolls for their sandwiches ever. Really really good bread. A small is still a big sandwich. They have Italian pastries and standard pastries like pies, cookies, brownies and lemon squares. Multiple soups. Bakery pizza strips. Dough boys. Chips. Everything. The seats are cushioned here and they have outlets along the walls. Most of the tables are set up for two but a larger group came in and they pushed a few together to make a big table. Everything on my grinder was super fresh. Prosciutto was perfect, seemed to be just sliced; not slimy like some places. I had the Gio sandwich but there's a Vegetarian version called the Lorena as well. Definitely recommend just for the bread alone. Best bread I’ve had on a...
