McDonald's — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

Okay so I wanted to leave this review because I think it's important to share not only the good but the Bad and the Ugly and this definitely qualifies as bad and ugly. It's very disappointing when you take your family two a restaurant even even like a McDonald's and you go through the drive-thru and when you get home with your food that you ordered your missing food or you've got expired milk or you got bad apples or whatever the case and unfortunately this particular McDonald's pretty much you can guarantee that your orders going to be wrong. I don't eat here anymore because the last time I went up there the manager was rude the staff was rude the order was wrong I was missing a burger and they refused to fix it for me and said that I ate the burger pretty much called me a liar which I've never been treated like that in my life anywhere much less Adam McDonald's so for the dollar I just said no more power to you left the food is horrible tasting they don't even cook it properly the breads hard and the french fries are like I can't even describe it they're just gross and it's consistently that way and it's disappointing because this is a convenient place to go on my way home from work every now and then if I want to pick up something but I recommend taking the extra minutes and driving up to the McDonald's off of Rufe Snow and North Tarrant because they're the food the service everything is incredible every time I've had a burger or fries or anything there it tastes exactly like what you would expect Hot warm very yummy and so that's where we...

What does it take to get my food cooked fresh when I request it. There are a few items that I like to be cooked fresh and have no problem waiting for it. But not at this location. The last 3 times I was there ( today at 3:29pm) When I placed my order, I asked for chicken nuggets and I would like them cooked fresh and I would wait for them. I pulled up, paid and waited for the car in front to drive off. Got to the window and she handed me my order. Drove off and NOT to my surprise, the nuggets were once again not cooked fresh. I am positive they came out of the holding basket and probably over an hour old. I understand they stage the food, but when I ask for fresh cooked food, I should get it. The time before that, I specifically asked the girl at the window if these were cooked fresh and she told me they were. What a fricking liar. Maybe it's a break down in communication as most of their employees do not speak very good English. Hard to understand them and I'm sure it's hard for them to understand what we are saying. NOT AN EXCUSE. I understand equal opportunity employment, but customer service is not where they belong. Not sure I will ever return to this location but would rather drive a little further than be lied to. Management, little tip, if your employees can not speak the English language well enough to communicate with the public, keep them off the registers and drive thru. Put them In the kitchen or somewhere else where the are not trying to communicate with the public. This only hurts...

The guy at the register window actually had an road rage encounter with me a week before where he tried to run me off the road and threw something metal at my car now I have to see him at the window to pay for my food...very awkward now I have to hand you my debit card! Well from that point I was skeptical of everything and once I got my food I had good reason especially if you hire someone with no character as this guy. Now I have never went to a MCDonalds where the pies did not have the date and time on them...well it looked as if these pies had the tags ripped of as if they handed me old pies and they were not hot nor warm. The I go to the fries and what do I see, something that i have never seen on a MCDonalds fries in my life so instead of eating any of the food from this location I went down the street to the next McDonald's and ordered the exact food and spoke to the manager at that location where he said even the employees from this location are leaving and coming to his location to be hired which says that there is also an internal issue. If I had not been headed back to work and was on a time deadline I would have taken this food back but I just wasted the $7.01 and threw the food and drink away once I got off work. WORST McDonalds visit EVER...from now on I will just drive past...
