Very unprofessional! Wow!! I've come here many times but when I see the employees treat thier customers rudely it's time to find another place. The unprofessional behavior I saw today from the staff was very unexceptional. The customer is always right! Not only do they have to make thier customers welcome, respected and they have to make it right with them regardless the situation. What I saw today is and was wrong on the owners part. The family was respectful and I saw them pay twice, still the owner was irate with them. She disrespected the family. They'll be lucky if they ever give them business ever again. Even though that didn't happen to me I will not be returning due to the unprofessional behavior from the staff. So sad because this place was good until I saw that happen. I visited this establishment Friday 3/14/25 and let me just say, I will come here from now on! It was amazing! The amount of flavors was surprising and the flavors themselves surreal. Ferrero Rocher chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, Superman, Cookie Monster, Snickers, and sooo many more and the ice cream has to be made there and with real cream because it soft and creamy, it’s different than anywhere else I’ve been. They also offer elotes and walking tacos which I plan on getting next time. Prices are reasonable. Staff was kind, helpful and moved the line quickly. I come in and get elotes over nachos probably once a week. Today I asked someone to pick it up for me, there was no nacho cheese so I called the store. I get on the phone with the “owner” who tells me I have to request nacho cheese on nachos. She offered the solution of me leaving my home and to come get a side of nacho cheese. No refund. No remake. And insisted I request the cheese to go on nachos…. I never have this issue with other employees. Owners/managers seem to never know how to run their own business, and based off the reaction I got and the response to the reviews here, she is ready and willing to argue. Customer is not always...
