Anytime Fitness — Local services in North Township

Me and my wife travel all across the country using all the anytime facilities never had an issue till we ran into this location managed by a crazy small African American woman who started banging on our bathroom door 3 times like she was the feds yelling through the door telling us to get out, when we were able to get out she confronted us told us we couldn't shower together I said we'd never had heard of this before and that we are married , then she states we could shower together so why are you harassing us , she tells she's on the phone with corporate that was a lie then she tells us she's calling hwy patrol ,I tell her ill wait outside for them she never actually called them just some pathetic attempt to intimidate us to leave, we talked to the regional manager he told us she lied about the situation to justify her actions and we left it at that he apologized for her disgusting behavior then she goes on to ban us from this location , maybe someone in management position should be a little more mature and know how to approach people you run a gym not a dictatorship approach people inform them of rules that you have no signs for common sense this woman...

I have been with this gym for about three years. I found a job in TX and I decided that I wanted to cancel my membership. I filled out a cancelation form and gave them a 30 day notice and the the lady at the gym told me that I am all set and my membership is canceled. Four months later, I found out that they are still charging me the monthly fee even though I cancelled my membership. I talked to the manager and the owner and all they said is that they lost the cancellation form and they can't reimburse me because they don't have a proof of me canceling my membership. I asked them to ask the lady who did my paperwork and they said she doesn't work there anymore. That is ridiculous because they are the ones who lost the form and it is their responsibility to not lose it. I don't recommend it for anyone. Useless costumer service. Hours of service are about 4 hours a day and ran by what I assume is the owner.

Not worth the high membership fees for the lack of service. Will Nickle and dime you.

Gym is small and lacks equipment. Once you realize the gym just simply can't meet your needs, there's no going back. And they make almost impossible to cancel your usless membership. You'll have to jump through hoops and get the run around before even being told how, when, where you can cancel.
