Subway — Restaurant in North Township

So I order via app and they workers gave my food away and lied said it was sign for whole time I'm at work!!!!! The workers were unfriendly and undoubtedly stoned out of their mind. The guy was struggling to function and kept repeatedly asking me the same questions and then still doing the opposite of my response. I ordered steak, which is supposed to be heated in the microwave if not toasted. It was not. I use to like to go to this subway but not no more. Alex does not like to change his gloves. I have witnessed him 4 different times not change his gloves and I had to ask him to change them. It is protocol to change your gloves in between each customer. And covid is going on. How do I know what your hands have touched with those gloves on?
