McDonald's — Restaurant in North Utica

So I just made a simple order and the lady who was taking out her aggression on me for absolutely no reason I guess she thought that I was standing and waiting patiently in an arrogant way or some sort when she had me my food I was going to ask for sauce but she walked away real quick then you can tell when a person is acting like they're agitated or whatever and I asked her I was like is everything okay and she's like I don't have to stand here and talk to you and I was like I'm not trying to talk to you I'm trying to ask for some sauce and she's like well what do you want and I said 2 honey mustards please and then she's like you can pay for it and it was just the way she said it it made me giggle I guess but then I left I got out to my vehicle I didn't have the ketchup or napkins so I had to go back inside I said I'm not sure if I have to pay for it but can I get two ketchup packets and she's like they're right there in front of you I'm like well I didn't see it I was standing behind somebody and you were there and it's like I don't even know why I'm being polite to you still then some guy comes over I don't know and it just made the situation worse it made me want to spit on somebody cuz it's like what the is the problem what did I do she literally sat there and said that she's the only one there obviously she's frustrated with her job and she's taking it out on random people .... Hopefully she just keeps doing it to people and...

I don't know if I'm just so used to the nasty McDonald's workers by my house or what, but this McDonald's was such a success! It was super fast and absolutely delicious (2 20 piece nuggets (excellently crisped to deliciousness), 3 drinks, double cheeseburger meal, quarter pounder and an extra fry).

I didn't catch a name, but the female employee at the front taking orders was such a sweetie! She repeatedly apologized for having to do a little run around before bringing our order to he counter... It was less than 5 minutes!

The only reason I wouldn't be likely to visit within the next thirty days is because I am not located near this restaurant! (Other wise, I'd be here due to this service!)

(Side note, my sisters grateful for that "extra nugget" ya...

Rude and disrespectful! I was given a raw egg on my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. You can clearly see the difference between the two sandwiches purchased at the same time in the same order. The lady in the picture was rude and disrespectful to me because I would not throw this sandwich away after having to come back in so my order is corrected. She told me not to come back. I asked her name because she's not wearing a name tag and she would not give it to me so, I took a picture. Funny, I will be reporting this person to their corporate office. No one should have to be treated this way especially, while paying these outrageous prices.
