I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to take a moment to share how much I appreciate the people at Charleys in North Versailles. This place is more than just a spot to grab a bite it’s filled with kind, hardworking people who really seem to care about their customers.

Every time I come through the drive-thru, I’m greeted with the biggest smile and the warmest attitude. There’s one gentleman in particular who’s usually at the window when I stop by he is amazing. Always cheerful, always polite, and just an all around good person. It’s rare these days to come across people like that, who make you feel seen and appreciated, even in the short time it takes to pick up your food.

The whole team there is just the same kind, respectful, always happy to help, and it really shows that they enjoy what they do. You can feel the good energy the moment you pull up. It’s honestly such a joy to come here, and I always leave with a smile on my face because of how genuinely pleasant everyone is.

And let’s not forget the food delicious every single time. Fresh, hot, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and it never disappoints. Whether it's a steak sub, fries, or lemonade, it’s always just right.

Places like this are hard to find these days — not just because of the food, but because of the people. Thank you to everyone at Charleys in North Versailles. Damn shame they can't get a order Correct, I came through drive through on sunday August 3rd 3:00 pm I asked for a Buffalo chickeno. no tomato and no Mayo I got the food Pulled out and everything was on the sandwich every single time I come here. It is like this so I get out of my car, have to go inside and they still didn't understand they were standing there staring at my sandwich picking through it. Majority of this crew is always on this phone. Every time I come to this store dirty, they don't clean, they need to learn how to speak a little bit more in English before they work or register or deal with people's food, . It is not good for service. So they took my food the one kid that was on his cell phone in the kitchen started making my sandwich and didn't even wash his hands or change his gloves after he had his phones in his hand. So I told them to wash your hands they didnt understand. I don't want that sandwich 'cause you just had your phone in your hand they still did not understand me, so then I said I want my money back. I wont a refund and once again did not understand me the owner of this store needs to hire on people who understand to run his business. You'. Re dealing with people's money and food won't be back no customer service skills need different...

This is one of the best to-go chains in the region!

The location was vacant and waiting for someone to breathe new life into it since it was an icky Burger King.
