Got there to pick up our food and just looking through the window I was questioning the cleanliness of the place and on top of that the lady that handed us our food was coughing and wheezing and while she had a mask on at the moment you never know what employees are doing when nobody is around. I ordered the orange chicken combo as did 3 or 4 of the people I was eating with. We all got fried rice and an egg roll and I didnt want a soup so I didnt pay much attention to what they thought of that. But my big gripe about the food is that we all thought the egg rolls weren't very good. I dont think anyone took more than one bite. I thought they tasted like hand soap and my grandma said they tasted like old oil. They all liked the orange chicken while I thought it was ok and I had no complaints about the fried rice. The food also didn't really sit with me well and left me feeling ill and started telling myself I should have gone with my gut when I looked through the window and heard the coughing and told myself not to eat the food. If you're sick and work at a restaurant dont...
Read moreThis place is going downhill. The woman who works there is very rude. I’ve noticed this multiple visits as my husband and I have eaten here for the past eight years. We drove up to the window today and she opened it without looking at us or saying hello said “what’s your order?” We told her and she didn’t say a word just closed the window and ran off for a few minutes. Came back and said “give me the card” literally were the ONLY words out of her mouth. She went ran the card without one word gave him pen and receipt to sign. He handed the receipt to her and she handed him the food-as he was grabbing it she began waving her hand for him to hurry up and return the pen that was in his other hand still. She took it and closed the window. This place stays in business because it’s not horrible food and the only Chinese place for miles. But trust me the food isn’t great either. Will not be returning. Wipe the smug look off your face a get a...
Read moreI am always looking for a good Chinese restaurant. Upon a recommendation, we decided to try this place. First off I will say the fried rice did have a good flavor but after that it was mediocre at best. The chicken fried rice was good but a little dry. The shrimp fried rice was about the same except that the shrimp was over cooked and a little chewy. The egg rolls were not good and had an old oil taste to them. The lo mein had very little taste and the noodles were over cooked, sticky & mushy. The saddest part was that the best part of the meal was the fortune cookies, which were very good. I understand that every place has a bad night and others' tastes are different but with all the negatives that we experienced this first try will make it highly unlikely we...
