China Wok — Restaurant in North Whitehall Township

I have been coming to China Wok every week on Wednesday for almost the entire past year, and it has not disappointed once. The food, service, atmosphere, and Pokémon cards coalesce into an amazing dining experience.

I have always gotten my food from here and always loved it. I don’t know why I haven’t written a review yet. I guess maybe I thought the problems were just a fluke. I don’t know whether they changed distributors or cooks but the flavor (or lack of) and the textures of my usual favorites has changed. Use to love fried dumplings. They were always flavorful and full of juices. Now they are very doughy, have a hint of burnt like they were grilled and definitely more dry. The chicken and broccoli has a lot less flavor

UPDATE. The lomein noodles seem to be back to how they use to be though barely any meat this time. My last order of dumplings after not ordering for several months were back to how they use to be so I ordered them again a few days ago and it definitely was not a dumpling I received. They were a different shape, boiled and had a veggie mixture inside(similar to an egg roll) same dipping sauce but definitely not meat. I wish the quality was consistent. We treat ourselves occasionally when budget allows so it sucks when it’s not what you expect...

If I could do o stars I would. I ordered over $70 worth of food. When I got home I was only give 4 wings when it should be 8. I called right away to let them know and was screamed at right away. I was told someone ate them and they have it on camera that they gave me 8. Was told they will show me the camera so I went back to see it and prove I did not get the 8. As soon as I walk in I was screamed at being told the same thing. They finally show me the camera in which you can see them put wings into a bag bit can not see how many was being put and if it was my bag. They continued to scream at me and was told someone ate the wings and to not return. This is terrible service. I spent over $70 each week for my family for the last 5 years I have lived in the area. I would never return. The customer service is terrible. They have no respect. You are not to scream at a customer who walks in with respect to...
