Subway — Restaurant in North Whitehall Township

Staff is friendly, food is fresh and you get what you order. My problem is the staff does a lot of smoking at the back door which they leave open while they smoke. The cigarette smoke wafts in and gags you while you sit in the lobby eating. It was so bad that we (family of four) had to wrap up our food and leave. On top of that, there is (what appears to be a homeless man) a man who hangs out here quite often. I don’t have an issue with that at all as the restaurant tries to help him out. My husband and I ordered two footlongs. His had black olives by mistake which he does not eat. They remade his and it was a total mess. Fell apart everywhere which is frustrating when you have to eat in your car because there's no dine in. Mine barely had any sauce on it so he had to go back inside and ask for mayo. They didn't give him any??? So I had to go in and get it. I pretty much had to pry it away from the kid who didn't seem to know what he was doing. My sandwich was barely toasted and absolutely awful. I'll tell you right now don't go here for any type of they do not have no wraps. They tried to give you Peter bread. Squished flat. So when you go here to get a wrap don't go here for the wraps even though they have it posted on their Windows which is messed up. I'm updating it because my wife just went here again and on top of it they messed up the sub and they said oh we can't remake it we're going to have to charge you so she purchased that and purchased another sub which is ridiculous they told her certain fees they put the wrong cheese on...
