We placed an order for delivery online. We added a driver's tip and received a confirmation, stating our order was placed, with an estimated delivery time. That time came and went, so we checked the status online and noticed it had not changed since we placed the order. So, we tried to call the local store where the order was placed but were routed through the national call center. The CSR said the order was ready for pickup. We told her it was a delivery order, but she said it was showing as a pick up order. When we asked about having the delivery fee and driver's tip refunded if we picked the order up, the CSR said she would have to cancel the order and we would need to place the order again. They offered to transfer us to the restaurant to see if they would deliver the order. After attempting to speak to them twice and being hung up on both times, we drove to the location to speak to them in person. When I went into the restaurant, it was a mess. There was trash all over the floor and the tables were dirty. There were no customers in the restaurant and only one at the drive-through. I asked to speak with a manager, and one of the four people in the back went to get the manager. She came out of the back alone and laughing, and one of the other people who was standing there when I came in walked up and said he was the manager. When I explained what happened, he and the girl both said they were too busy to spend time on the phone explaining what happened with our order. The manager insisted we placed the order for pick-up, and when I questioned the driver's tip, he said he could refund the tip, but not until the following day. No one ever apologized for the issue or even attempted to explain how it had happened. I finally told them I just wanted my money back. After seeing the condition of the restaurant and attitude of the staff, I did not want the pizza. Both of them had said they could not refund me until the following day, but when I said to cancel my order, they were suddenly able to process the refund right away. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. We have ordered from them many times before, but their new management is not an...
Read moreWas pretty certain when you work in the fast food industries you are not supposed to have piercings in. So I was very disgusted to find someone's nose ring in the sauce for our bread sticks. When you call and ask to speak with the manager and the girl acts like she has no idea what I'm talking about but the asks for me to send the tray back because come to find out from their delivery guy she put it in am empty sauce cup and apparently forgot the proceeded to fill it with sauce in which was delivered to us and was nearly ingested. Very disgusting. And very poor management. Piercings should be taken or before you even go to your job. Especially when working with food and people's livelihood. Yes they did send us a new tray but by the sounds of it more or less it was to get the nose ring back that was lost. And I can tell you after the first experience the second tray went in the trash because I was just so disgusted by the...
Read moreBrought my daughter in to use her scholastic voucher for a free personal pan pizza. I was charged for the pizza anyway, as my voucher was apparently forgotten just as my drinks were until we asked for them when the food arrived. I was also told the soda machine was messed up. But that if I wanted bottles I could be charged for the fountain drink instead as it is cheaper and what I wanted to order anyway. Nope. I was still charged per each bottle fully. Overall just heavily disappointed in what was supposed to be a treat for my kids, seeing as it is such a pricey establishment for pizza they don’t get this often. I was not expecting to spend $40 on one large pizza and two personal pans with drinks when I had the voucher. I was also denied a receipt, so that also tracks considering I was...
