Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Wilkesboro

Went there to get supper put bag under floor vents that was set to 75 degrees to keep food warm. Got home and pulled out my gordita and outside shell was cool thought weird but it's usually not hot on the outside. I took a bite and meat was ice cold. Checked temp with thermometer for curiosity and it was 40 degrees. So my question is how cold was it when I got my food cause as I said I set it right under my floor vents and the outside of the bag was hot when I got home and I went in and immediately tried to eat it. Had to throw away my dinner and drive back out at 10pm to get supper that was cooked after working 13 hours cause it obviously was not cooked even a little. Ps they have never once got a order right and I've been going since they opened but I think I'm done now. Gonna kill someone serving uncooked frozen food.

Edit: decided to give them another chance. Went to drive thru and ordered the nacho fries box and at the drive thru window I had to remind them to give me my drink. Then when I got home I opened my bag and the did not put my nacho fries in. It's in the name of the box so how you forget this I do not know. Also this was at 11:30 at night after I worked a 13 hour shift after working six days in a row and I had went to Taco Bell specifically for the nacho fries so this was extremely frustrating because I was craving them but now also because I do not have enough food for supper. I made an online order and paid with a debit card in the app. I thought this was going to be more convenient than trying to remember the different things that each person wanted done to each item. Wow was I ever surprised. I was told at the speaker that they were out of 1 item I had ordered but had already been charged and would have to call 800- taco bell to attempt to change anything. I called the number and was answered by a lady who sounded like she was on the subway surrounded by screaming children and loud adults as weel. I told the woman I just wanted a refund for the items I did not recieve. She assured me I would be getting a refund and to expect a coupon in the mail as well. The coupon came a few weeks later for any item under $2 but no refund for what I didn't receive and I didn't even complain that only 1 item I did recieve was edible after the whole ordeal. Luckily it was the item ordered for the only child with us on that day. The adults all just threw our food away and cooked something else. Absolutely horrible. Usually the service and food is pretty good. But this time it was so so bad. I ordered two nacho fry boxes on the app and i got a reward for a free doritos locos taco. Upon getting to the store i was told their fryers were down, and asked what i would like in exchange. I asked what i could get, and they offered cinnamon twists or chips and nacho cheese, neither of which are the same price as nacho fries. I said cinnamon twists, not really minding that I was losing out on a dollar or so. Got my food, got home and upon opening everything, it was a MESS. My dorito taco was SMASHED, my burritos were DRIPPING with grease, the soft tacos were falling apart and wrapped incorrectly, and for SOME REASON even though they didn’t give us any nacho fries, i still got the nacho cheese cups, one of which had a HAIR in it. They didn’t provide me with straws or napkins either. The sheer amount of grease that was on this food was way more than usual. I understand fast food is supposed to be greasy, but this was overkill.
