They sell old tea and are incredibly rude and dismissive when you attempt to notify them or get a refund. Twice, this location has sold me a half gallon of tea that is outside of the "Use By" time on the label. The first was on 8/22/25. They sold me an old half gallon, then refused to assist when I contacted them by Facebook messenger, comment, and email form on their website. I purchased the tea around 8:00 pm on 8/22. Not as egregious, so I let it slide even though the tea was sour. The second was on 9/10/25. The label states "Made On: Tue 9/9 6:08am. Use By: Wed 9/10 6:08 am". I purchased this on 9/10/25 at 4:48 pm. My husband went it to get a refund or exchange and was told by the worker "We hand them out in order." She then walked away from him with no apology, no offer to exchange the item, no offer of a refund. She walked away in the middle of the conversation without saying another word to my husband and started talking to a coworker. Poor food,...

Anyone in the area can tell you how busy this place can be, especially from breakfast to lunch.

The food is a good quality based on the prices, although I have noticed a difference in quality depending on the shift, but this doesn't fall out of expectations for a fast-food restaurant.

The atmosphere inside is accommodating, well-lit, and adequately clean.

The absolute best part is the service. I have never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive thru unless another customer increases the time. The people that work here deserve as much as can be given, this place is a model of efficiency in a fast-food business. All interactions with staff have been polite, courteous, and pleasant; with any mistakes (if any at all) handled well and to the customer's satisfaction. This location is quite honestly the worst. 9 times out of 10 they will forget something. They have forgotten straws, sauces, forks, food items and more. Never ask for anything additional or they will omit it completely. Ask for extra seasoning they will give you the plainest fries you’ll ever eat. Ask for an extra sauce you get no sauce. The staff can be rude at times. They will say things to their coworkers like “they don’t even know what they ordered” when you are comparing your receipt to what they hand you. I really can’t recommend this location even if I will continue to use it due to it being about 2 minutes away. Go to another local location if you want good service.
