The only reason I go to this dunkin donuts is bc I live right around the corner from there. Im going to have to go out of my way to go to another location, or go to starbucks. My drink is pretty simple, and it is made wrong constantly. I contacted customer service. I received a call from the holland location. They apologized, and said we would like you to come back we will make or coffee right. The first time I come back it was made right. The second time I was given regular coffee, not a latte with no caramel. Two days later I order a coffee. They put regular milk not oatmilk. I cannot have regular milk. I go back to have it made right. As soon as I pick the cup up I knew it was way under filled. More than half the cup was filled with foam. They gave me expresso with foam and barely any milk.That was obviously done on purpose. I've been given just steamed milk with no expresso and no caramel. Their employees are either making the coffee wrong on purpose, or they need to do a better job training them. I received a call today from the manager. He said my coffee was made wrong because they had a trainee making the coffee today. I said my coffee has constantly been made wrong for yrs at this location. It does not matter if its a trainee making it, or someone who has been there a long time. This is a picture of the latte. I took all the foam out, i did not take any milk or coffee out. The foam took up more than half of the cup. He tried telling me that's what happens when you get a latte. The foam will fill up more than half the cup. I've been drinking lattes for over 10 yrs. Read moreI am a frequent patron at this establishment, coming in nearly every Friday to hang out with friends, talk, and play cards. We always order a drink or a donut so as not to take up space without paying the establishment, and came to know the Friday staff fairly well. Unfortunately whilst there this Friday, a group of younger kids came in asking for a drink. The person running the register, whose name I do not know, chastised them loudly and rudely, and attempted to force them to vacate the premises. The one younger boy was short a dollar, I gave him one and they ordered with great difficulty as a result of the seething anger of the employee. Upon their exit, the employee turned her anger on me, a customer whom she had known for several months before. She berated me for helping the boy and accused me of attacking her reputation, while I reasoned calmly that my perspective on the situation was merely a boy who was short a dollar. She seemed to have a history with him, but I had never seen the two interact in many consecutive weeks of visiting. The situation was handled rudely, insultingly, and entirely unprofessionally. I will be speaking with customer service to reach a sound conclusion to this issue. I will also not be returning back to this location until that is done. Read moreI entered this location at about 6:05 AM Fri. 5/21/21. I was the only customer. There were no orders for pick up on the counter for any other customer. The two employees (one male and one female) were doing prep work. I waited patiently as the male made eye contact with me three times but never came over to the counter. He spoke to the female next to him in their foreign language. She never turned her head to look nor did she come to the counter. After about five or so min. I turned to walk out as I had to go to work. He then finally mumbles something in his broken English with a smile. I stopped and turned as I was walking toward the door. I said I cannot continue to stand here waiting...are you going to wait on me or not? Again the foreign language exchange between the two of them continued and neither of them walked up to the counter. That is the last time I will tolerate that kind of rudeness!
