Terrible experience everytime I go here. Barista asks me over 5 times what I want to order and even checks the register a couple times every single time I go there. Needs to look in a book for the receipe. This morning I have 20 minutes to get to work and I thought maybe today it would not take 12 minutes to make a grande frappuccino....lol...I get inside and there is no one at the counter so I waited patiently for a few minutes to then turn around and find the barista chomping on food while strolling through the dessert section. I left! There have been times I will walk in and walk right out because she is there and I don't have 15 minutes to spare. I have seen other people leave as well after i have put in my order. Throwing up their hands in frustration. Something has to change, this person should not be there...

Walked in at the wrong time, first got lost in finding the mens room, then when approached the counter to order, she was rude and no courtesy, she looked intensive at me for a brief while and said "what do you want to order?" Instead of courtesy say "what can I get for you" or "what is your order" Handed her my phone app to scan to pay, she just pointed at the scanner, as if I need to scan to pay myself! No comment at the end of the order for a thank you or have a nice day! She should not passed her aggressions onto customer, and the order was delayed, but, that maybe lots of mobile orders and drive thru orders....
