Broadway Pizzeria 43 — Restaurant in Northport

If you can actually get the food you ordered it really good. I had them mess up once and I didn’t complain but tonight I ordered and my order was $60 I ordered 2 manhatten calazones, 1 pepperoni only calazone and a Philly cheesesteaks . I got the pepperoni calazone and Philly cheesesteak but they decided to give us 2 manhatten pizzas instead. Nobody would answer the phone and of course by the time I went back yo there they was closed!! The person they tell me that is the manger don’t speak a word of English. I highly doubt that’s the manger that they claim there is only a him 2 days a week for an hour or 2 . I would like my money back back for the cost of these 2 pizzas and u can have them not even...

I tried them for the first time and never again. Delivery was long, food was cold, but I thank them for the cookie & drink due to long delivery & driver had to go back & get salad. Pizza was cold, wings were room temperature. Also Brandon charged my card twice on the 27th, in which I told him the first time it had charged. The last past 2 days I been going back & fourth with Tonya and she said company dont see but 1 charge, have called my credit card company and app it shows 2 charges & they act as I'm lying. Broadway's service has plunged into the depths of incompetence. Despite being a mere three miles away, they managed to botch the delivery beyond belief. The food, if you could even call it that, arrived at an ungodly hour, stone cold and completely wrong. And to add insult to injury, the driver's persistence in delivering the abomination I didn't even want woke me from my slumber. It's outrageous. I've had it with their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Toast delivery? Never again....
