Let me start off with the good. Taste of food is very good and nothing I have ordered was bad in regards to how it was cooked, seasoned etc. Service I can only speak to as a to go customer as I have never dined in always ordered to go. But the service as far as the interaction with the employee's up front have been positive to extremely positive. When ordering online in my experience the food has always been ready or nearly ready as the time promised so no issues there. I do usually like to arrive about 10 minutes past the estimated time just to be on the safe side when ordering online as I understand things get busy and crazy at times.

Now on to the bad. I'm not sure why they just can't seem to get an order correct. They constantly leave off things usually nothing major like an entire plate or something. But things such as the cheese sauce that comes in a little container, extra pico, guacamole that I pay extra for, toppings for deserts etc. I check every time I order and almost always find something missing. Plus when ordering online they never look at how much pico you order only give one per plate of the gumbo. I specifically pick 2 for each plate and always just get 1 each time. I ask for extra veggies both grilled and raw and once more rarely do I get the extra veggies. At this point I'm scared to order extra meat or shrimp as who knows if it will actually be added or not. I try to check the bag for missing items but with the to go orders especially the gumbo there can be 4-6 cups or more plus it is hard to look at a cooked dish without opening and moving it around with fork and tell if it is one or two grilled veggies on the plate.

I should also mention that despite ordering two full plates they give you one bag of chips with two small cups of salsa. I'm not even sure how that is supposed to be for two people. Dine in you get the extra perk of plenty of chips and salsa (not sure if they is an actual limit) but order out and they go very light on the salsa especially. I also have ordered fajitas and it allows you to select how many tortilla's you would want. I selected 6 or around that don't remember exact number. If I'm not mistake I got 4 rather small tortillas to the point that I ended up eating the rest of the fajita with a fork. When I asked about they said that they charge for extra's which I did see that option but had assumed that it would be if ordering them as a side item for some reason beyond ordering a fajita. Plus when I made the selections for the fajitas there was an option to select the number I wanted which did not show an extra charge. I usually get cilantro added to dishes and my wife gets guacamole both of which shows a price which I have no issue in paying. In fact I didn't really have an issue in paying for extra tortillas but it didn't charge me so why would I pay for something that appeared to come with the item I purchased such as fajitas.

I used to get food there at least once a week for my wife and I usually two gumbo's and a flan. But it got so aggravating having to constantly open a bag unpack a full bag on a counter then repack it to check that I stopped ordering for quite a few months. Well, tonight I decided to give them one more try and the same result. I order 4 pico's got 2, ordered both grilled and raw veggies on the gumbo and just got raw. Ordered extra grilled veggies on both and appears though just guessing here that it is only the regular amount. Talking to management just seemed to be a waste of my time so after tonight this will be the last meal I ever purchase from them.

So at this point I'm done and it is a shame as the food I found to be really good but if you can't get it right more often then you get it wrong then it is time for me to get my fajita...

My family has supported this business in multiple of their locations for around 15 years and sadly I think it’s time that comes to an end. The last time I ate there with my mom our waiter completely disappeared after giving us our food. We waited and waited for a drink refill and he never showed up. We had to get someone else to bring us our check so we could leave. When we took the check to the front to pay. The person working the register had a crappy attitude and ignored us while scattering receipts across the desk then picking them up as slowly and sarcastically as possible while we stood and waited to be acknowledged. The past 3 times the beans that came with our order were cold and on the third time they were watery.. the visit before then the queso we ordered wasn’t heated and was so stiff we couldn’t even dip chips into it. The booths are poorly built and make you feel like you are going to slide to the floor. Also, despite being a new location, the bar is the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime. Not only is it cheaply put together like the afterthought it was, but the height of it is too high and it makes for an uncomfortable experience when your food and drinks are eye level. The quality and the service has steadily gone downhill and we will now go out of our way to eat somewhere else.

I ordered here 2 weeks ago. I clearly told the young girl on the phone my to go order. She spoke clear English. I ordered 5 different meals. I picked it up and it look big like all 5 meals was there. Something told me to check to. I realized right away I had 1 whole meal missing which was for my youngest son. Alll they could say was oh I’m sorry we are closing in 15 and kitchen has already been closed down. I am beyond upset thinking eveyone but my youngest son got there food. I get home and realize my meal is also missing. Guess I should have checked it there before I left, but still would not have done me any good. So me and my youngest ended up getting whataburger while we watched eveyone else eat there food. Not to mention I was over charged. I paid for 2 meals I never received nobody has called me back after multiple times calling asking and being told they will just have to call me back. My other son’s 3 taco meal was messed up. I told them multiple times we wanted corn soft shell. Not har shell corn or flour shell. I repeated myself on the phone and she finally repeated it back to me and told me not to worry she had it correct! I don’t know if service is better for dine but I wouldn’t order to go. I feel like I deserve to have just as good service and food tho I am paying the same price whether I eat my food from...
