Chilly Treats — Restaurant in Northwood

We stopped by last Sunday around 5pm. We ordered 7 hot shredded chicken sandwiches. My elderly father and I love them, so we convinced everyone else to get one. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The 2 young girls working were fabulous but the 1 got stuck chipping away frozen shredded chicken and heating it up for each sandwich. It took about 20 minutes for her to do this while the other girl ran her butt off to help the other 20 plus people in line. If I would have known they weren't already hot and ready for the bun, then I would have never ordered them. I was shocked to see her chipping away at the chicken through the window. They were awful. Super dry and hard to swallow. Nothing like the other previous times we have gotten them. In fact, 4 of the 7 sandwiches are still in the bag in my fridge. I still gave you a 4 out of 5 stars because we do love coming there. Extremely disappointed though this time, especially spending $31.50 for 7 sandwiches that we didn't eat. We pieced at 3 of them and no one liked them. They are the best when sloppy and all over. There was no sloppiness to them. Bone dry. I would have called but we received really bad medical news Monday morning and I haven't been able to function since. We will be back and hopefully the sandwiches will be...
