We went in an ordered a living room furniture set in may. The couch was delivered on time and was told by mid July for the ottoman, July came and went, nothing. August came and was never updated. Contacted the store and told it was gonna be September. September came and went, nothing. After being fed up with their continuous lies, we kept calling. I was told by Brent, the manager that he emailed his supervisor to get an update and would get back to me the next day. A week went by and nothing, 2 weeks went by, nothing. I called AGAIN bc no ones getting back to me and was told it would be delivered, Oct 20. That came and went,Per usual, how they operate, no update. Finally Oct 22 I called and was told it arrived oct.20th at their location and they failed to contact us, ONCE AGAIN. Read moreA year ago I purchased a sectional and the insurance that they offered. When they delivered the sectional and as I began to set it up I noticed the back side of one of the sectional pieces was dented in so I called furniture palace not once not twice but 5-6 times I called the company which we got the insurance from as well as emails 5-6 times I was told the insurance won't cover ! Even though that's how it was delivered then someone else called and said they will swap it out but after so many times calling and getting the run around we still have 1 piece of our sectional that is dented in from the back which I'm assuming is a broken board and it's been a year now !!
