Northwood House of Pizza — Restaurant in Northwood

You know when your fantasizing about food for a while and then you get it and it could never actually live up to what you expected well this place always blows my expectations away it is by far the best food I have ever had from a pizza place, its the kind of pizza ya need a fork to eat each slice is at least 1 pound with all the topping on a supreme its like salad and pizza had a baby there are so many delicious vegetables and then all the goes stretchy empty cheese and the flavor of hot grease from the meat OMG IT IS CRACK! also I really wanted seasoned fries with I did not know were not on their menu but I stead of just explaining they do not have those he said no problem and made me some with actual spices and seasonings not just tons of seasoning salt litteraly the BEST French fries I've eaten in my life this place always blows me away with customer service they always go above and beyond to ensure that you get exactly what you've been dreaming off I love it first review I've ever left and I'm sure my last but they truly deserve it for always surpassing my expectations thank...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE SO CHEAP THAT THEY WEIGHT OUT THE CHICKEN FOR YOUR SUBS...I ORDERED A SMALL CHICKEN PARM SUB AND GOT SLIVERED CHICKEN PIECES, when I took the chicken from one half and added it to the other I actually had a decent half...THERE WAS MORE BREAD THAN CHICKEN AND WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME ITS SOLD BASED ON WEIGHT OF THE MEAT...ALSO THE CHEESE DIDNT EVEN MELT ON THE COOKED CHICKEN AND I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THE SUB TO BE TOASTED...IM SORRY I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING A HOT SUB SO THE CHEESE SHOULD HAVE MELTED WITH THE HOT CHICKEN AND HEATED SAUCE...SO SAD THAT YOU PAY FOR YOUR FOOD AND FIND OUT AFTERWARDS THAT YOU ARE BASICALLY GETTING A COLD PILE OF BREAD WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CHICKEN, SAUCE AND CHEESE...I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER AT HOME. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD HAVE. I PAID FOR A SMALL AND ACTUALLY ONLY GOT A HALF OF A SMALL SUB DUE TO THE AMOUNT THEY PUT INTO...

Edit to add: Very small portions. All food was cold. Received 3 tiny, mostly breaded chicken fingers. North Shore Beef that is in fact, not a NSB. 5 people ordered something different and no one liked the food. Ordered 2 different times, all similar experiences.

Update to add: Definitely wouldn't go back with owners response. Why so defensive? They provide a service to the public. Not everyone is going to like what you provide. This is our opinion on their quality and quantity. There's Georginas and Cooper Hill that are amazing, so we're all set. Carry on with...
